Just back from a 10 day stay. Check-in/ checkout seamless. Just back from a 10 day stay. Check-in/ checkout seamless. Nice big room with a good quality mattress, solid aircon and powerful shower, few minor things like hardly any hangers, cupboard door to fridge wasn't fastened correctly so dragged on the floor. Daily maid service was fine. Only one English tv station, now tv isn't normally too important especially on holiday but with the hotel being so quiet it would have been nice in the evenings to watch something. On that point I'll add that the hotel is further 'out' than it seems to be with the holiday companies write ups. Going out in the evening was a fair and not the easiest walk. The staff were without exception pleasant and professional & are a credit to the hotel. The food I felt was fine but I do like a lot of fish,my wife wasn't as happy but,always found plenty to eat. It's a bit strange having the deserts in the middle of the rat run. The hotel itself had plenty of new sunbeds there was only one day when we arrived back from a walk mid afternoon that we couldn't find a spot. Drinks varied in strength and weren't that good, I'd expect bottled mixers (even from 'big' bottles) rather than the awful squirt/ sugar stuff. The main let down was the lack of shade anywhere at the hotel, nothing around the pool and as all rooms face the sun nothing on any terrace/balcony. Won't be going again but nice enough, just make use of the buses.taxis

Great for what we had, 2 nights for a young family meant it was very good value Vs most hotels that exploit on prices given the kids share the same room space. 2 nights was enough Initial impressions of room were great, staff were quite dry in general, some could be taken rude but don't think was the intention. At first thought worth 4 stars as so modern and well presented, felt classy. Over the 2 days realised not kid friendly, mostly English guests and couples, royal suite opposite was more basic presented but everything was better over a longer stay, hotel cheaper too - more geared to families Food very hit and miss, would be cold even if you arrived at meal start times...drinks excellent. Saw a few dead roaches but not too near the food. Surprising minimal interaction to reviews and willingness to improve surprising given all the recent investment. Needs to focus on basics, gives a great impression but too many basic flaws Would return as a couple for a night or two - comfortable if the weather is off / if visiting the oasis park if the price was right, but better places about

A lovely hotel ,only built a few years ago. I will not be boring on quite rightly other people's comments, but the food ,what's going on they for some reason can't keep the lovely food warm !,and the cook on the griddle in the evenings wasted hundreds of euros not cooking meats properly ,we noticed most went in the bin .the cleaners ,bar staff and the waiters was fantastic so friendly and cheerful !the reception manager not as helpful .we only had 4 coat hangers for 2 of us so recommend to put extra in your suitcase. Nice to chill out .poss not go again . 9
