“Great family holiday”

We have just returned from a holiday at the Tindaya. We travelled as a family, with our daughter, husband and 2 grandchildren aged 4 & 2. What are people complaining about. This is a wonderful family hotel. The hotel is situated directly on the beach, which the grandchildren loved. The rooms are spacious, clean and have lovely views. We never had an issue with finding a table in the restaurant at breakfast or dinner. We opted for early evening dining because of the children. There was always plenty of choices of things to eat for all the family. There are optics for soft drinks and estrella and sangria in the restaurant., so you can just help yourself. The staff were always helpful especially Charaf who was great with the children. The pool areas had plenty of space and we never had any problems with getting any sunbeds. There were lifeguards at each pool who were very attentive, especially when the foam party was going on. The best I have seen on any holiday I have been on. The entertainment teams work extremely hard day and night. Daisy was a big hit with the children and they loved the mini disco. Would we visit again, most definitely. Thank you H10 Tindaya for a wonderful holiday for three generations of our family.

“Our second but sadly last visit … 3 star at most and not Cheap!!!”

We were excited to return to H10 Tindaya after our holiday in Sept 22 Two hour delay meant we missed evening meal and were given cold plates of cheese etc. Be warned - everything is QR code related - it can be hard to navigate your way to the rooms, not great explanation or signage to find your way- we knew this from last time. Our”upgrade” meant we had a kettle but no water tea coffee sugar or milk in the room Curtain was broken - on ground floor so all can from outside - no one on sight to repair - eventually sorted two days later- and promptly broke again as soon as opened it! Our memory of great cocktails and lovely pool etc was short lived - the daytime cocktail bar is no longer there - the quiet pool is now for Privilege guests- a waste as rarely anyone in it! The entertainment is 9.30pm till 10.15pm for adults then that’s it! No disco etc The acts brought in were really good but the set up of the room has you looking at a pillar instead of the act if you’re slow to get a seat. Queues are everywhere- food, drink, cocktails, coffee shop Such a shame as the staff that they DO have are so hard working but there are simply not enough - mainly 1 poor person trying to do all The second half of our week it’s got really busy - and I’m glad we go soon Cons- a very tired 4 star, repetitive menus, not great signage for people with allergies etc, not enough staff, need evening activities, very geared towards non British travellers, nothing around outside to easily visit, tv channels rubbish for English speaking, which is worse when back to room early of an evening as no entertainment! The plus sides- direct access to the beach with its chipmonks and gorgeous sea, the friendly staff, good makes of alcohol, comfy beds

Beautiful hotel and really nice and clean. Unfortunately for an adult there’s no entertainment on an evening. We were there for a week and had one night that nobody told us about before or even during! Was a tiny little notice that said “white party”. We didn’t take anything white as no one had told us beforehand! On the plus side there’s a lovely little beach bar not far that does incredible food and theme nights too! So I’d spend your evenings there! Or stay somewhere else. Literally people playing cards in the foyer as there’s nowhere else to go! 😂
