“Lovely family holiday”

Arrived late on the 26th of June check in was great lovely reception staff. They arranged food for us as the dining room was shut. (Nice Touch) Room large plenty of space with lovely view of the pool. We found the bed comfortable and slept well. Room cleaned and fresh towels left daily. No kettle in room but asked reception and one was provided with coffee and tea satches within the hour. Excellent selection of food morning noon and evening. Drinks were on tap ie beer,wine and soft drinks The Animation team Veronica,Antonio, Lorenzo and another young lady (sorry i didn't get her name) worked tirelessly day and evening and we're a joy to see. Although it's a fair way out there is a shuttle bus to the beach. There are a lot of steps but there are plenty of lifts . All in all we had a fabulous week thank you.

“The food let this hotel down. There wasn’t enough staff and those that were there looked like they didn’t want to be”

Food 2 out of 5, Beef stew with potatoes, various paella, chicken drumsticks in some type of stew ( every day) , I was lucky that I liked salad, granola, fruit .Crockery , eating utensils dirty, not checked when they have come out of the dish washer, when mentioned to staff they just hunched their shoulders, one knife was disgusting and when handed to them they just put it on another table, not interested, the napkins some times had already been used.Hotel cleanliness 3 out of 5 dependent on where in the hotel you where, room was always tidy but this varied on whom did your room. Hotel staff not helpful possibly due to my nationality, they couldn’t understand ( one night the noise was horrendous outside room, possibly skip delivery or taking away when asked- just told couldn’t understand what I was saying)Entertainment team 4 out of 5 , they tried very hard, kids rep had too many children - no age restriction or time split, maybe this should happen, some days she needed parents to help, some parents just let their children run riot while they drank and lay in the sun I knew there wasn’t much to da around the hotel but thought that the shuttle bus to the beach area would have run more, I also didn’t expect it to be has hilly. In general I was disappointed with the hotel and feel that some work needs to be done to up grade it- food being the main area

Just got back from a weeks holiday at the Suneo Dragon park hotel. The hotel is clean the staff are all friendly. The pool area is the best part of the hotel that has entertainment thoughout the day for all the family to enjoy. There was no worry about getting a sun bed as there are plenty to choose from. The kids entertainment was good but were it takes place needs revamping as it’s extremely out dated and there is no air conditioning. The food wasn’t the best and some of the meat was still raw. The hotel is out the way however you can get a free bus to the beach but there is nothing really at the place the bus takes you too that’s worth going there for. The best part of the holiday was Lorenzo and the team they were so enthusiastic and energetic made the holiday enjoyable honestly you guys were a joy to watch and Lorenzo you are just the best hope to see you again but at a different hotel.

“Spacious hotel on a windy island!”

Nice spacious hotel. Great for families. Evening selection of hot food was poor. Breakfast and lunch selection was standard. Noisy/unruly older children showed lack of respect with foul language and noise until 1.30am - poor parenting! Wouldn't choose to go in the school holidays as they will run... more

Nice spacious hotel. Great for families. Evening selection of hot food was poor. Breakfast and lunch selection was standard. Noisy/unruly older children showed lack of respect with foul language and noise until 1.30am - poor parenting! Wouldn't choose to go in the school holidays as they will run wild! Hit and miss it you got tea and coffee making facilities in your room (some guests said they had it and others not) and no fridge. Be warned the beds are like concrete! The nicer beach is a good walk but shuttle is useful although this could really be run more frequently. Resort is extremely limited with a few shops but little else. Local bus service available to take you further afield. There is a bigger resort, Morro Jable, further down the coast.
