With all the negative I was dreading it ...so sun beds yes I was one that got up early to get them..there's not enough for people that are staying ..food it was 3 *I'm very fussy and I managed to find something to eat daily .. desserts need bit of change around tho..all staff were friendly and happy to help..room was basic 2nd floor no lifts .was clean and suitable for us 4 ..shower had mind of it's own sprayed water thro shower screen and all over floor .needed extra towels.to soak it up..lady in reception said there's nothing they could do about it so we just got on with it..evening entertainment was better 2nd week Miguel is brilliant at he's job but can't do everything on he's own..no sign of maria tho..water polo was good all kids n adults together having fun..pools were cleaned daily some days cold some warm very refreshing..snack bar needs bit of jig round aswell..and kids that are to little to get ice cream in the hall mix it all together looks awful.therr is a sign saying no under 9s.think it needs to be bolder. Walk to strip is 25 mins taxi 5 euro also near beach n few restaurants on the harbour All in all had great holiday and would defo come back

“It’s not as bad as people are saying.”

We had a lovely time, me and my partner went with 2 kids and a 5 month old and we couldn’t fault it. I would ignore the bad reviews it’s really not that bad. The only thing I would say is there’s no lift so it was a bit of a ballache going up and down with the prams but that’s about it really. The food was nice no problems at all staff were dead friendly and accommodating. Would highly recommend the spa they have there, the ladies were hard working and super lovely .Would definitely stay again.

Travelling as two adults and 2 children aged 10 and 8. Travelling as two adults and 2 children aged 10 and 8. Check in is 3pm, as we were early given our bands to use the facilities whilst waiting on our apartment which has a twin bedroom and two beds in the sitting groom, one pull out. This was adequate for our stay. There is a kettle and fridge with ice compartment, no crockery or cutlery. We knew this and took our own for a cuppa. There is a Tv with some english stations although we only used the Disney Channel for the kids. Bathroom has a good hairdryer and shower wash and hand wash. Large walk in shower which was good enough. Air con in Sitting room but we did not need it. Housekeeping every 2 days, adequate for our needs as we were outside most of the time. If you require more toilet rolls reception will give you them between housekeeping visits. . A couple of issues with our electricity was sorted promptly by reception and maintenance. You are given eco cups to use throughout your stay for drinks, they are changed at the bar when you need another drink. Great idea and saves mess. If you want a sunbed you need to be out before 7am to put your towel down, pool areas nice, the kids loved the pools with the water chutes. Pool bar very nice area, juice self service, any other drinks served by really lovely staff, the kids get their ice creams here to. There is a snack bar self service between 3 and 5pm, usually hot dogs, sandwiches and fruit. The restaurant is large with one side outside dining. Run efficiently by lovely very hard working staff, usual all inclusive options which we had no complaints about we always found something to eat and enjoyed our meals. Food was replenished quickly. Subtle background music was nice. The entertainment team try really hard to get everyone involved, I did feel the 'mini' disco at 8.30 was for VERY young children, with prompts from the entertainer doing the floor is lava etc, it would probably work better if there was a few disco lights and upscaled to include children up to 12 as the older kids wouldnt join in. We didnt use the indoor entertainment so cant comment. Hotel is on the very edge of town, if you use the back door, its a 10 minuite walk to the Campanario shopping centre which has a Hyperdino, and 15 mins to local beach behind the unfinished hotel buldling, use goggle maps, you can walk along this beach passing Popcorn Beach and get down into town and the harbour. Plenty taxis to get back, and a 15 min walk to the Waterpark. My only negative comment would be that all the pool areas should have staff around 6pm when the pools close to tidy litter, straighten sunbeds and clean any mess up, it would make the outside areas far nicer for the evenings if this was done. The lifeguards have done this in other hotels Ive stayed in. To round up, the staff make this Hotel and should be commended, dont read negative reviews. If you know your paying for a 3 star AI this is what youll get. I would happily return for a budget holiday. Thank you so much Hotel O7 Aloe !!!

“A few changes would makes this an amazing 3 star hotel”

Amazing family holiday and met amazing people. Baring in mind this is a 3 star hotel, lower than what we would normally go while holidaying though I would return back if a few small things could be changed. Amazing family holiday and met amazing people. Baring in mind this is a 3 star hotel, lower than what we would normally go while holidaying though I would return back if a few small things could be changed. Hotel is lovely and spacious no trouble with sunbed end of June start of July. Some parts could be doing with a little update though again there has already been changed made from last year for the better. Food- so long as you remember this is a 3 start you will not go wrong, there is always something to stop you going hungry. Some days are really good others there will be something. The bar and restaurant people work so hard and are always friendly. There is an array of drinks some self service. Never any issue to fill pen cups, Dario is always providing service with a smile and happy to chat away about his football etc. Rooms - rooms were clean and very spacious they were cleaned every second day. One day we had to ask for a bed to be changed due to sickness and it was done with no problem within the hour. I do believe all rooms are being renovated. The bathrooms could be doing updated though clean which is fine. Location of the hotel- is a little further out though a stroll out the back gate would get you to the main strip within 10mins. And going out the front door to the right there is also some bars and restaurants here also with a small hyperdino supermarket. Entertainment - unfortunately this is the hotel down fall. There is not 7 days of activities as stated on the easyJet website. There should be 2 entertainers though unfortunately Maria is very rarely present during my time I saw her take 2 water aerobic classes and a few kids mini disco though interaction with the children was minimal. Miguel on the other hand really does his best always going round the pool chatting away to everyone and taking the kids for water activities or colouring etc. last year there was a kids club hit where the kids had to be signed in and out of for though this is no longer active. Someone else to help Miguel would make a massive difference in the entertainment part.
