We have just returned from an amazing 11 night all inclusive stay at this hotel. After reading some reviews on here over the summer I was nervous about this holiday but just goes to show you can’t please everyone as our experience was amazing! Staff really friendly Cleaners everywhere (place is spotless) Rooms are a very good size and cleaned daily Food really good and good variety every night with a bbq every Friday at the lobos restaurant which was superb! Entertainment team absolutely incredible and work so hard! Kids disco brilliant with the entertainment on after it. Great location at the top of the strip and if you have kids I would recommend the waterpark. (Our deal with jet2 included the water park our full stay so we used that every morning and then hotel pool in afternoon. We fell in love with corralejo and will definitely be returning next year to stay at this hotel again! Thanks for an amazing experience Included

First visit to the labranda bahia de lobos, and it won't be the last. Ignore all the negative reviews as I can honestly say my experience was great. My room was a pool view which was a good size. I went half board, and all I can say is the food was good plenty of choice. They cater for everyone. The food was hot. There was a great selection for breakfast and evening meals.. The pool area was clean and there were plenty of sunbeds. They cleaned rooms everyday with fresh towels daily.I arrived late, so reception gave us a food bag with sandwiches, fruit water, and juice, which was a lovely gesture. Carnt wait for my return next November.

Keep coming back to Corralejo and this hotel year after year. Keep coming back to Corralejo and this hotel year after year. As soon as you get off the coach you are greeted with cheerful and smiling faces from the reception staff, who make booking in so hassle free. The reception area is spotless, this is because of the dedicated cleaning staff they have here. Rooms are spotless, they are cleaned on a daily basis, towels changed when needed. The pool area is well maintained, every morning the men are hosing down the sunbeds and umbrellas, the floor is swept and mopped or the cleaning machine is cleaning the floors from the pool to the reception area. If you enjoy getting involved with the daily activities around the pool , the girls from Acttiv who are the Animacion team are outstanding there is Sara , Alicia and Alexandria, sadly Samara was transferred to another hotel. They all speak different languages including English and they get you in the mood for a fun packed day, so do the girls from Framissima, Leoné and Inés these two ladies had me laughing all the time. They are here too make our holiday as enjoyable as possible and for the 3 weeks I was there I had the best time ever. They work really long hours , but always had a smile on their faces and willing to stop and chat with the guests, whether during the day or evening. The staff at the poolside bar are brilliant Francesca and Mohamed, once they learn your face and what you’re drinking they don’t forget . Same goes for the guys who work in the evenings at the Faro’s Bar especially the main man Ali for the last 3 years he’s remembered my go to drink. The food I was very happy with it , especially with all the nationalities that come to the hotel, which have too be catered for. The desserts are too die for if you get the chance to try em. The catering staff work hard too cater for everybody’s tastes, especially with their themed nights. Me personally I looked forward too Friday night it was Barbecue night and they had the tastiest sausages ever . The management team are always out and about overseeing everything and talking to guests and wanting feedback from them. I just want too thank Sara , Alicia , Alexandria, Leoné and Inés once again for the best 3 weeks holiday , they went above and beyond to make my holiday memorable so thank you so much.

Wasn't sure what to expect having read varied reviews. On arrival we were greeted at reception by a lovely young man. He gave detailed information about the hotel, mealtimes and how to get to our room. All staff work constantly throughout the day and evening keeping the place spotless. The grounds and pool area are kept clean and tidy. The breakfast and lunch dining area is bright airy and well laid out. Food is plentiful and fresh, dependent on what time you eat food was at times lukewarm but there is a microwave to use if needed. Smoothies and fruit at breakfast along with the ginger shots were lovely. Snack bar with nachos burgers and hot dogs as well as sandwiches were available after lunch. Pool bar staff amazing always smiling and happy, nice chill out zone around the bar as well as seating in front. Evening meal in lower floor restaurant again plentiful fresh food and happy staff not as bright and airy as upper floor dining . Bar staff, restaurant, reception and cleaners always polite and friendly. Animation work their butt's off, trying yo keep guests entertained and included, enjoyed the club dances signalling the end of the sessions. Visiting entertainment in the evenings wasn't bad either. Overall the place is well situated to shops bars and eateries, the pleasant staff work hard to keep guests happy. Any concerns reported were dealt with swiftly without issue. We liked it that much we booked again for next year before leaving. Keep up the good work 👏
