Everything generally is very good, clean, good food , nice rooms etc....BUT... ONE thing you must be careful of , if you are not full board, The poolside bar has a price list...CHECK that price list, because we have been overcharged on 2 separate occasions.... however it won't happen again !! There is no CCTV in that bar, and who is taking the overpayment????? Apart from that , all good !! Watch the price !!!

“Enjoyable Holiday”

This was our first time in Fuerteventura. The hotel was ideally situated just off the main shopping street and not far from town. The accommodation was clean and spacious and rooms were cleaned every day. Beds were comfortable and we had a terrace that caught the evening sun. The shower was hot and powerful however you had to use towels to mop the floor afterwards as the water often spilled out onto the bathroom floor. The breakfast was one of the best breakfasts we have enjoyed at an all inclusive hotel. Lunches were also enjoyable with fresh pizzas, pastas cooked meats, paellas, breads and salad bar. We tried the evening meal a couple of times but felt there wasn’t as much choice as the lunchtime offering and was not as good quality so we chose to eat out most evenings. A good quality beer was included as part of the all inclusive package which made my partner very happy as we were not expecting that. Although the pool was cold when you initially got in, you soon acclimatised. There was always plenty of choice on loungers, we tend to go to the pool in the afternoon after a morning walk. Staff were helpful and friendly and we were pleased there wasn’t the hard sell on activities. There is so much to do and see in Corralejo that we only stayed in for the evening entertainment on two occasion, both of which were enjoyable. Overall a really enjoyable stay at a lovely hotel, that we intend to return to in the future.

“Half board issues and rude restaurants staff”

We are currently at this hotel and this is our third visit . This hotel is immaculate and food is lovely. we usually come all inclusive but were half board as we had a ptroblem with love holidas said we have booked half board I have shown proof with hotel but no joy so we have been on phone to love holiday and we've asked for a refund . So we are half board To be honest we are ok with half board as the food is very nice so we can eat as much breakfast and evening meals as you like . You are given a green band on your arm to show you are half board and to be identified by staff at bar and restaurant On arrival to this hotel we were recognised by the receptionist as this is our 3 rd visit on arrival to our room we were given a bottle of cava in a ice bucket which we thought was a lovely touch We were also given a lovely room 2207 over the quieter pool as the other poolis louder with music and a pool bar which is also nice In your rooms you have regular bottled water and tea .coffee. facilities topped up daily when they clean your room In reception on left hand side you have a soft drinks machine and water and tea coffee machine when passing through I get a coffee or a fizzy and no problem from staff Be were are half board we have been to shop and bought some small beers and some small bottled of wine and some cans of coke So at the pool through the day we have a few of our own drinks at pool but always put our rubbish in bin after as the pool area is very clean so we putting rubbish in the bins provided . Now this is were we have had a problem In breakfast restaurant I had a very rude member of staff slam the serving spoon used to pick your eggs up on the plate when I was getting my eggs and was rude to me which I thought I had done something wrong because is actions was strange and give me a funny look On this same morning at breakfast I awas getting a fizzy uice .a coffee and some warm milk to have with our breakfast .I was stopped because of my green band as shows half board and we can only have water and and you have to pay as we are not allowedr as we are not all inclusive We found some of the staff very rude you say hello and no reply . We take our empty plates over to trolley from our table to show our appreciation as it gets very busy .but you don't even get a thank you Evening meal first day On arrival I asked the staff member if my wife could have a small glass of wine with her meal . A small glass was given to our table and no problem and wasn't charged and I had a sprite lemonade And the food was lovely 2nd day I took 2 small bottles of wine to evening meal restaurant and small bag and got two wine classes and poured our own wine . We went to get food and come back and our wine was taken away by a staff member told us your not allowed to bring your own drink and was informed we are only allowed water and would after pay for the wine from resurant sbecsuse were half board so we left disgusied but these were our own drinks hence the empty small bottles Because how we have been reated and made to feel by some absolutely rude staff as we are still here on holiday we have gone for breakfast out side as we feel some of the staff are very very rude. Were making a complaint to love holidays as when you go on the webpage when you go all inclusive I have checked and it's £40 cheaper per week per reason to go half board per person so what's gone wrong To be honest we aren't big drinkers so we're ok with half board as long as we get a refund from love holidays What I cannot understand your given fresh water .tea and coffee in your rooms and we have had a own drinks at side of pool and no problem from any staff round pool . But to be treated like that we only allowed water in restaurants with the nice food and you cannot have a tea .coffee of fizzydrink with breakfast or evening meal and our own drink we had taken to restaurant was taken away from us absolutely disgusting. Our cleaner Nancy in our room who gives us bottled water and tops us up with milk teas and coffee to help last few days is lovely But we are treated like this is wrong But we thank the staff who are lovely to us but we after respect hotel rules which I think is wrong in many ways We still would come back here but this needs sorting and making more clear We are not malice people and not gonna say don't come here but don't come half board some of the restaurant staff need addressing on the approach and manners We have tried to get InTouch with love holidays while we are here but no joy so we have sent an email .please see photos attached We feel this is not a malice review or for anything in return so we hope this helps in a good way for hotel and staff and new people to hotel Kind regards Malcolm & Emma
