We as a family absolutely loved this holiday and hotel, the animation team were great and the food was a great selection and I the only thing I can moan about really is hoe cold the swimming pool was! We upgraded to a pool view room, had an excellent room on ground floor with large patio out onto the pool. Room was cleaned daily, drinks were nice, we were very happy

This is a lovely hotel on the whole. Rooms are large & comfortable. We upgraded to pool view and had a ground floor room with a terrace. The pool area was good, with a pool bar. Drinks on all-inclusive are local brands and are not the best. The main thing that lets the hotel down is the food. The quality of the food wasn't good and the cooking of the food was terrible. Lots of stews mostly pork but tasteless. Vegetables over cooked and the meals very repetitive. There's always Pizzas at lunch & dinner and pasta but no flavour. The food was also cold, in the two weeks there I don't think I had a hot meal. My husband always enjoys soup on holiday and he tried nearly every day but it was always cold. Almost every night we walked into the restaurant, we made up our own table. Very rarely were the tables made up. Not sure why the staff didn't do this, but it appeared there was a shortage of staff. It's a shame really it could be a really good hotel. A couple of days before we left, a new member of the animation team arrived called Jamal. He introduced himself to us while we were round the pool and chatted to us for several minutes. Not one of the other members of the team had ever told us their name or chatted with us. I hope his enthusiasm rubs off on them. I think he will be an asset. The hotel is in a great location just off the main strip and within walking distance to the beach. The WiFi was very iffy it was in & out most of the time, never worked in the rooms. Sadly we won't return to this hotel.

We are not fussy, but do like our food and wine! Location is perfect and while hotel itself has big rooms and are cleaned regularly enough, the food/drink really let it down. We we're all inclusive and opted for a pool view room. We were on ground floor had a corner view of pool. Room itself needs a little updating, beds are okay not the most comfortable, also not worst we've experienced we would have expected more from a 4* But thats our opinion. Hole on sofa bed. Scuffs on walls chips on walls etc.... Bathroom shower needs updating, shower floor felt flimsy and spongy underneath - we did find a smell every now and than. Shower handle came off while husband was in shower! Arrived late evening so dinner was available and first thing we seen as entering was a microwave......this is usually a no no for us as shows us food is never hot enough! Again would expect more for a 4 * We were right in our opinion, salads cheeses etc are fine but hot dishes are not hot. So disappointing. It's also repetitive. Cheap meat cuts. Feels slapped up. For breakfast it's again only okay. Smoothies are nice muesli cereals etc, Hot food not hot. Lunch repetitive usually opted for pizza slice or salad. Drinks we like wine and red in particular. We couldn't drink it again it wasn't to our taste, very cutting not smooth. I tried the white....awful i tried the sangria which was best out of bad lot Rosè again couldn't drink it. Beer was good. But i dont drink beer my husband was fine with that. Soft drinks were fine too. Tried a cocktail by the pool again cheap poured from a carton. My husband asked for a pina colada which had an extra €3 charge -thinking maybe it would be a proper one made and no same poured from a carton ( no idea why it's €3 extra ) Pool is large looks great, clean. unfortunately for us weather wasn't great so didnt avail of it! Cleanliness is good overall 👌 Our overall rating is this is a 3* at best and if we were to return it would be on a self catering basis as we opted to head out to eat/drink every evening. Entertainment team and staff worked hard, were polite so no issues there! Check in and out very quick! Again just our opinion, we have been to plenty all inclusives over the years this was just very disappointing for us.

Food was bland and either greasy or very dry meat not tasty and full of fat it was disappointing because we came here last year and we couldn’t fault food at all I don’t understand what has happened plus WiFi was not working the whole time we were there you had to go to reception and it was intermittent not a good experience this time on a good note staff couldn’t do enough for you very pleasant but unfortunately I will not be returning.
