I stayed last Christmas/new year with my pensioner mother as a Christmas present for her and we had a fabulous time ,so good in fact I just booked yesterday, again for Christmas and new year and am really looking forward to our return visit :-) . Hopefully we can get the same room allocated on the ground floor up by the quiet pool as last Christmas which was perfect for my mother’s mobility issues ( arthritic knees ! ) so there’s no climbing stairs and she could just step out of our room and on to the terrace with the pool literally a couple of paces in front of the terrace with such ease of access for her and it was super quiet and chilled for me to just relax too . If you’re considering Christmas at this wonderful hotel book now because it will sell out so do not hesitate to book ! The New Year’s Eve dinner was exceptional last year with superb food and music and the ambiance was lovely :-) . Even if you’re considering booking for any time of the year you shouldn’t be disappointed and it’s a great resort too that I have been visiting for over twenty years consistently year on year and will keep on doing so ! :-) Happy holidays

“Really lovely hotel (even gluten free friendly)”

We have visited the hotel for the second time this year. We love it, however one of the only things letting it down is sunbed availability. There is a notice in the room that sunbeds cannot be reserved prior to 10am and you are told at check in but NOBODY listens. We got up at 8am on our first day to go to breakfast and there was not ONE available sunbed. We heard people in the rooms around us getting up at 6am every morning to go and reserve the beds. Staff do nothing to enforce the rule and there are continually people wandering round the pool all day hoping for somebody to leave so they can finally get a sunbed. Some of the people who reserve the sunbeds at 6am don’t even turn up at them until 3pm so they sit there empty all day while others have nowhere to sit. It’s really disheartening as the hotel overall is great, food really nice (very suitable for me as a coeliac), rooms a good size, kept clean other than the pool staff who do not clean up the discarded cups etc until the following morning?! Only other downside is having a paid pool table (would be nice if it was included) and the WiFi has significantly reduced since we stayed in March (stayed again wc 5/7) and there is no longer any room access to WiFi (in our room certainly which was even very close to reception) Overall we would stay again, and infact have booked for September but the hotel could make a few small changes which in our opinion would significantly increase guest satisfaction. Oh and the beds are quite firm but if you ask reception they will arrange a mattress topper.

Stayed here for a week with young family. Staff are friendly and always say hi especially to the kids, pool area is great lots of space and kids pool is really good. Room was a good size for family with small children, would be a bit of a squeeze with bigger kids, we had a terrace looking over the pool which was lovely, rooms cleaned daily which is a nice bonus. The location is great just outside and onto strip and a short walk from water park. My only criticism of the hotel is the food, there wasn’t a lot of choice at mealtimes, any other all inclusive hotels I’ve stayed at have a specific kids corner but there was nothing like that. There was a definite lack of variety and choice at meal times, saying this I would defintely come back again to stay.

We have just stayed for 1 week all inclusive. Positives: *clean and spacious rooms *staff were nice *maids lovely *activities *music through the day (pool side) *slushies *ice creams behind the bar for kids *right next to the strip and water park! -literally a 5min walk Negatives: *Long way to travel from the airport * food was rubbish, no kids area for them to have simple nuggets and chips - kids eat what you have to eat. Also food wasnt always cooked properly and was luke warm. Pool side snacks were cold hotdogs. *french orientated - seem to have their own extra area for night time meals, and got better attention * the kids disco is french orientated Next time we will get a villa. And thats mainly for the 4 kids, had to spend mpre money eating out.
