We enjpyed another great holiday at the RIU Tres Islas. The staff are so helpful, frierndly and efficent. Only a couple of downsides 1.The Spa area was closed, though the Sauna was open. We enjpyed another great holiday at the RIU Tres Islas. The staff are so helpful, frierndly and efficent. Only a couple of downsides 1.The Spa area was closed, though the Sauna was open. We felt that the Sauna could have been better manged despite the spa being closed 2. We waited in reception for 1 and 1/2 hours to check in. No reason was given, however we did get a bottle of fizz left in our room. Would not stop us returning to the Tres Islas

“Really Enjoyable Stay”
Nice Hotel, check in easy, really friendly staff. Large room, V. clean, first time ever not have to ask for extra hangers. Food excellant, plenty of choice. Entertainment best he have seen in a Riu. Really nice stay.

“Very nice but building needs repairs”
A very nice holiday. The hotel staff are superb very friendly nothing is any trouble. Food is ok but not as good as last year. I wish they would not use garlick in so many dishes....cut it out please. Fusion menu was not for us except maybe steak. Lovely room lovely pool lovely beach

I cannot with honesty write this hotel as 5 star but it is excellent in the fact it is very clean and the staff are very helpful and courteous The restaurant is very good but seems ideas about the menu are limited The food is well prepared and the tables clean and again the staff are excellent Entertainment is very good and though the seating area in the lounge is limited the outside area is quite large We have visited many other RIU hotels which were of a higher standard but we had a lovely holiday and enjoyed ourselves
