I have been coming to this hotel since 2017 and immediately found it to be providing a very high standard of accommodation and food. The food selection is exceptional at breakfast and dinner. Better than any other hotel I have stayed in.The reception have been very helpful and even help me set up the hotel's wifi to my phone and tablet. The maid service is exceptional with the rooms left spotlessly clean after they have been. I shall continue to come here as often as I can. Alwaya a very enjoyable stay

“Rather isolated hotel”

This hotel is about 5km from Correlejo set in the sand dunes of the national park. A bus stop on the main road about 10 mins walk will take you in either direction. This hotel is about 5km from Correlejo set in the sand dunes of the national park. A bus stop on the main road about 10 mins walk will take you in either direction. There are no facilities for families as this is a beach location. You need a car to get around as the hotel is well away from Puerto del Rosario and the rest of the island. You cannot go out and walk at night as there is no promenade, no street lights and no pavements - in fact the hotel warns you not to go out at night, except at your own risk! We had a nice big room on the 3rd floor spoilt only by the constant high winds outside which made it impossible to sit and enjoy our balcony at night. The bathroom was big but there was a narrow entrance to the shower and no light so when the curtain was closed it was rather dark. Lots of cupboard space, mini bar, tea/coffee and got Sky and BBC news on the TV, and Prime films. Food at breakfast and dinner was an extensive choice: lots of Germans here so the food choices reflected their palate but we were still able to find some delicious dishes from the show cooking section. There was a definite'sameness' about the dinner choices every night but we were only there for a week so accepted it. The evening entertainment was abysmal: singers with poor English making some somgs unrecognisable and not a lot providing music you could dance to. Mainly sit and listen. All acts finished by 11pm and then nothing: no music in the bar or disco so utter silence on the hotel which made the evenings rather boring. There is a huge free car park at the hotel so never any problems parking when returning at the end of the day. If you don't have a car, you are stuck here unless you got the bus or went on yours. The TUI rep was German and had a mixed audience at the welcome meeting which tested her language skills! We didn't book yours but got a hire car which got us around the island and right down to the furthest resort Morre Jabble which is a good 2+ hours by car. A nice modern hotel but the location was not the best for us. We wouldn't go back.
