Just returned again from our favourite hotel. Lovely visit and was looked after really well after a nasty accident. Management went out of their way to make the holiday easy for my husband and myself. Special mention to Leah for all her help.

We arrived at this lovely hotel excellent service. We were upgraded room due to noise from outside the hotel and by no means the hotels fault. We spoke to Leah customer relations manager who is an absolute credit to this company and hotel. She moved us to an amazing sea view room with amazing views! We have been to many destinations but she was outstanding and lovely.

It was our third time visiting this hotel. As always the staff are all very friendly and helpful. We stayed half board and although the food choices are reasonable there is a lack of cooked vegetables on many evenings. We travelled with EasyJet which was fine but the options of half board or AI was the only choices. Perhaps if the option for B&B was available we would have taken it. Also if the hotel allowed you to switch from an evening meal to lunch that would be helpful. There so many really lovely restaurants in Corralejo it’s always nice to visit some. One last thing. We paid for an upgrade to a deluxe room which our very spacious. However all balconies open up on to the 1st floor lobby area so not much of a view and not very private. When we visit Corralejo again it would be a shame not to return to this hotel but unless the board basis allows B&B we would certainly have to consider other options.

Just returned from a 3 week stay at this hotel. Our suite with an outdoor hot tub was really lovely plenty of space and a lovely balcony with loungers so we didn't have to fight the 9am rush at the pool area I couldn't believe the behaviour if some people who would start queuing at 8.30 with their towels. The hotel is spotlessly clean from the gardens the pool and general areas and the cleaners work so hard to keep the rooms clean. A couple of disappointing areas are the food which is mediocre, luke warm and unimaginative but the waiters/waitresses are really friendly and helpful especially Elba who looked after us really well. My other area of disappointment was that you couldn't get a coffee or any refreshment in the reception area which doesn't open until 5pm but you can get something in the pool bar if you want but not before 12pm unless your all inclusive and finally only 1 toilet in the pool area. Good position for a hotel near the beach and shopping . Unfortunately we will not be returning because of the food .
