If you want luxury, privacy, your own pool/villa with the benefit of an excellent onsite restaurant and spa then this is the place! We have just returned from a week here and my expectations were totally surpassed which is not something you can say very often. Located just outside Corralejo the resort is simply stunning…white washed villas with blue domes, private pools and the entire resort is immaculate! Walking distance to the Mercadona and Lidl but we hired a car to explore the island. Corralejo has a wide range of shops but part of the Main Street is dominated by the tacky souvenir shops which spoils the centre a bit. Must do Visit Betancuria formerly the capital of the island. Beautiful, traditional village with a couple of gorgeous restaurants and large ceramic gift shop. Wonderful day out and stop off to see the Morro Velosa Statues and amazing viewpoint. Both great photo opportunities. Back to the resort the staff are just so lovely and friendly plus the food in the restaurant is varied and of an excellent standard. I highly recommend the half board option. Happy to answer any questions ☺️

From walking into the villa to going home it was perfect. We had the superior villa. We were expecting the pool to be cold after reading some of the review. But it was warm even at 12 at night when we're swimming in it. There is a jacuzzi in the pool which is even warmer than the pool. We arrived at 10pm at night and was given a lunch box of food. In the fridge was a bottle of water and a bottle of prosecco. The villa had every you need. Did 3 wash loads while there. They even provide washing machine pods and dishwasher tablets There are 2 supermarkets near ur which is very good. Not ot around it We had paid for half board when we booked and we are glad we did as the food was lovely. Different themes each night. Lots of meats and fish Only thing we were not happy with is when you book in they tell you that the restaurant will charge to your room. First night we had 2 assess of red wine on asking for the bill we had 2 coffees and 2 cokes added after that we asked for bill every night and paid as we went along. Also I asked for the receipts. On checking out we had asked to keep villa on was 50 euros more. Plus an extra 22 for a bottle of wine. I got my receipts out and showed I had paid for the wine. Receptionist took a photo copy of receipts. My advice pay as you go along and get your receipts Otherwise we loved it here. Would definitely come back. Was told the rooms are being upgraded to Premier villa next year and all will have jucuzzi and hot tubs on roof Have happy hhoyr in bar 9.30 to 10.30 but not on cocktails Missing having a swim today

Had a fantastic couple of weeks in a premier garden villa. Great outside and inside space. The roof terrace is a sun worshipers dream. Would highly recommend. We went half board, and really enjoyed the food. And the staff were all very helpful and friendly. Serena in particular on reception was fantastic. We viewed all of the villa types. The villas are all the same size in terms of square footage. The equipment and layout vary though dependant on how much you are willing to spend. The base villa (superior) lacks a hot tub on the roof, and both the base villa and next one up (premier garden villa) have smaller beds (150cm) than the two most expensive. The most expensive (excellence) have 200cm beds but there are only four of those so early booking is essential. And some of the third tier villas (royal) have connecting bedrooms which will be good news for parents of young children. The royal villas have a 180cm bed. We really liked our villa and you are unlikely to be disappointed if you are allocated a premier garden villa. We paid for the pool to be heated which was wise given the sun is only on the pool for part of the day. A note of caution. As a parent of two boys that are now grown up, and as a current grandparent of a two year old, I would urge any parents of young children to look closely at the pictures of the villa roof terrace. There are drops on three of the sides that are straight down to concrete and would likely prove fatal. And benches and fixed cabinets on the roof terrace that would do little to delay a determined child scaling the wall. From experience you would only need to switch off for a moment or two. Obviously all children are different but a word to the wise for parents of any budding rock climbers! One last thing. Our villa had the old air conditioning system. It cooled the room just fine but made a hell of a racket outside that must have been very annoying for any neighbours enjoying thier roof terrace after we retired. Like an old piece of plant equipment running. Most systems have already been replaced by quieter units and we would urge the owners to phase out the few remaining relics as soon as possible for the benefit of all. In summary then a fantastic stay and we will definitely be back 👍😁

We’ve just returned from a wonderful week-long stay with two families—four adults and two children, aged 14 and 11. On arrival, my son unfortunately fell ill and began being sick. Although we got settled in for the night, he felt worse the next day. From start to finish, the staff were absolutely fantastic and incredibly helpful. He had an ear infection, and we needed to call a doctor. The receptionist arranged everything for us, offering options to visit a medical centre or have a doctor visit the hotel. Since we didn’t have a car and were covered by insurance, we opted for the doctor to come to us. They arrived within an hour, diagnosed an ear infection, and advised no sun or swimming for the remainder of the trip. The doctor even took us to a pharmacy he knew would be open on a Sunday, so antibiotics were sorted quickly. We hadn’t received the medical report by our last day, so the reception team contacted the doctor, and he sent it through immediately. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful. Highlights of Our Stay: ⭐️ The hotel itself was beautiful, and the resort was immaculate, with staff tending to the grounds daily. ⭐️ The friendliness of the staff was outstanding, and their language skills were impressive. ⭐️ Fantastic breakfast options, with something for everyone: cooking stations, omelettes, pancakes, a full English breakfast, continental options, yoghurt, fruit, nuts, and more. ⭐️ Great themed nights in the evenings, with options like Burger, Japanese, and BBQ nights. ⭐️ Large screen in the bar area for football fans ⚽️ but with a pleasant setting even if you’re not interested! ⭐️ A supermarket just a 5-minute walk away. ⭐️ The main town is around 10 minutes by taxi, costing roughly 7-10 euros. ⭐️ It was my friend’s birthday during our stay, and the hotel sent a card and bottle of wine—a very thoughtful touch. Minor Feedback for Improvement: The pool drain cover was loose; my son stepped on it, and his foot went inside, resulting in a cut and bruise on his chin. The floors, both indoor and outdoor, were extremely slippery when wet. Water pooled in areas, especially around the villa, and we had to frequently use the mop and put towels down. The provided white hotel slippers were also slippery, and outside shoes quickly became dirty. If you’re visiting with young children, I’d recommend bringing water shoes for safety. The marble bedroom floors were particularly slippery. Both my son and I slipped multiple times, resulting in cuts and bruises for him. While the master bedroom was spacious, the other bedrooms felt quite small for adult guests. My husband, who is 6'6", found the double bed in the second room a bit of a tight fit. The rooms would be perfect for older children, though. There was very limited storage in the additional bedroom, with nowhere to place suitcases. More hangers would help with organising clothes, allowing you to store cases in the utility room and keep the space tidier. A larger drying rack would be useful to hang towels, as the current small wall-mounted one didn’t have enough room for six people’s items and was often in the shade. It would have been nice to have a pool towel change when the regular towels were cleaned. Overall, we had a really wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff went above and beyond to make our holiday comfortable, and despite a few minor issues, we’d consider returning.
