Just back from a week here. All things considered, when you think about the price (it was cheap) there’s not much to complain about. The room was clean, the shower was particularly good, there were 4 English channels. The food was excellent. Not much variety but what they did was well made. Fresh fish and lovely salads. One night there was a fondue.. another night a chocolate fountain. The drinks were OK. Staff were lovely (except one surly bar staff middle aged lady with glasses who always made you waite while she texted on her phone) … The pool was nice. Some clientele were a bit rowdy and swearing loudly, especially after one old firm game. But I suppose that’s the kind of people cheap prices attract. Entertainment was not good but it was cheap to get a cab to caleta de fuste so we ended up doing that a lot. I would probably come back….maybe get better weather next time! Overall though it was good and I’ve been to a good few all inclusive deals.

Booked this hotel last minute & it was the only hotel we could find with availability. Having read some of the reviews, we weren't sure what to expect. Booked this hotel last minute & it was the only hotel we could find with availability. Having read some of the reviews, we weren't sure what to expect. The hotel is in a quiet area with nothing around it, ideal if you're all inclusive & intend on staying in the hotel all day/night. Caleta De Fuste is either a 25 min walk along the coastline, a 15 minute walk across the wasteland between the hotel & resort (we did this daily, you need decent footwear & is a no if you have kids in a buggy) or a 5 min taxi ride at 5euros. Our room was in a quiet block with a side sea view, lovely & quiet, clean with comfortable beds. Nice modern bathroom with a good shower. Large balcony, big flat screen tv & a mini fridge & kettle in the room. You do have to pay for air-conditioning & the room was surprisingly hot even for December but we had the balcony door open early evening for a bit which cooled the room right down. Pool area & pool is large, we didn't stay around the pool, there looked to be plenty of beds. Breakfast was very nice, plenty to choose from. The only let down was no fresh juice, only dilute out of the machine. We weren't around for lunch so can't comment on that. Evening meal was OK, we were there for 3 days & the best night was the Mexican night, the food was great. There isn't a huge choice but you definitely won't go hungry, we always had plenty to eat, there was always a meat or fish option, plenty of veg, salad, a paella & soup, the desert & ice creams were nice too. Can't comment on any entertainment, we didn't see any either during the day or evening but as I said, we went to the beach daily & into Caleta de fuste in the evening which is full of bars, restaurants & shops & has a lovely beach area. Reception staff were friendly & helpful. For what we paid I thought this hotel was a very good deal & I would stay again.

Well into my second week of a two week stay at this hotel this hotel is fine just needs a little bit of tlc my room was fine clean comfortable everything worked as it should the maid was good the food the breakfast was very good the remainder was adequate some days better than others but there is no reason to starve the drinks were fine the biggest problem was the stupid only 2 drinks per person this really needs looking at because if you are with a table of 4 it compounds an issue mostly the staff were ok doing there job swimming pool area was clean cleaned every day but again could do with a little tlc but to be fair men were repairing some the things that needed to be looked at all in all certainly not the worst place I have stopped at over the past two years

As they say you get what you pay for, on arrival we were given the room key,it was one of the revamped rooms,it was quite nice The best thing about this hotel was the reception staff absolutely went above and beyond star 5 rating for those The food,well we was all inclusive we managed to get something to eat,but if I had known we wouldn’t have gone all inclusive I’d say save your money and eat out,some of the waiters were rude telling you to hurry up as wanted to get cleaned up and we had 2 mins,there was a lady there who was lovely and a waiter with a top knot bun very welcoming Your a bit out the way,but there is a lovely costal walk to Caletta or a taxi will cost about 4 euros
