Went 17th Nov for 10 days 1 double room double occupancy , 3x double rooms single occupancy , 85 year old mom very limited mobility , so we were quite challenging , Reception great Bar staff great Restaurant staff great All staff basically great Animation fantastic Ryad such a credit hope we all meet again . Rooms really clean , any probs tho we had none but rom next door a a few minor but sorted immediately , loved lay out of hotel and the relaxed vibe , food and drink couldn't fault , even plenty of English channels on tv , only slight negative I can think of , is bar shutting at same time as the bar stops serving , would def go back

I took my elderly father for a week's all-inclusive break. I was a little apprehensive after reading some of the reviews but I was pleasantly surprised. Our room looked like it had been recently refurbished and was clean and decorated nicely with comfy beds. We had a friendly cleaner who appeared every day. The hotel was well kept and all the staff were lovely and made us feel very welcome. Our only gripe was that the check-in procedure is very slow. This has been noted in some previous comments and I think the management could take a look to improve this. The pool area was nice and clean and the activities staff worked hard to keep everyone entertained and there were plenty of sunbeds available, although it was fairly quiet when we were there outside school holidays. The food was good and there was always plenty of choice and I'm sure most people could find something they like. The restaurant is quite small and can get very busy but we never had to wait for a table and the staff cleared the tables quickly. There are only a handful of bars and restaurants in the vicinity of the hotel and the area is unfortunately a little run down but we enjoyed the 30 mins walk into the main resort of caletta de fuste along the coastal path. This is only a 3 star hotel and I feel that for the price we paid it was good value for money and we would return.

The rooms are basic and clean, the level of cleanliness is good. Thou when we were there there was a lot of maintenance ongoing. Which you have to appreciate has to be done in the quiet times. What was annoying was by 8am there was drilling, not a great start to the morning. The building was getting area plastered and painted. There was days all you could see was a cloud of dust. The guys were doing a great job! The food was poor, we are not fussy eaters but we struggled. The snack bar food was worse. This could be due the time of year but was such a disappointment. I cannot fault the staff as they were all lovely people.
