“Great first family holiday”

Travelled as a family of 5 Was our first trip to this hotel and my kids first ever blue sky holiday. We couldn't of asked for anything more really. Rooms were perfect for what we needed. Travelled as a family of 5 Was our first trip to this hotel and my kids first ever blue sky holiday. We couldn't of asked for anything more really. Rooms were perfect for what we needed. The pools are great and it's a beautiful location. Food was your typical all inclusive food. Some.was good some not so much. Do let that put you off though. Our kids are fussy but never went hungry. Entertainment every night and is always pretty good. Wish we'd booked 2 weeks instead of one If you can. I would 100% recommend googling the low tide times and heading to the rockpool for a swim. We got there an hour before low tide and it was perfect. Crystal clear quite deep

“Doesn't care about non smokers”

Not as good as last year. Was impressed to start with as they had honoured out room request. Staff are excellent and all was fantastic except this year they had no consideration for non smokers. Not as good as last year. Was impressed to start with as they had honoured out room request. Staff are excellent and all was fantastic except this year they had no consideration for non smokers. The non smoking terrace between the newly refurbished pool and kids play area is supposed to be non smoking but there was only one sign and this was ignored. A few others mentioned this like me to reception and I even got the chance to me too this to a female director who realky wasn't interested. She said the smokers had to have places to smoke. They have all the rest of the Complex Speaking to waiting staff that I knew they are fed up having to clear up fag butt's and there reaction was they management could not care. This might sound narky as all else was brilliant but as a non smoker it would of been nice to enjoy an evening drink at a table without inhaling others smoke. I hope action us taken.

We had been to this hotel before a few times as a couple..the last time before lock down.and then during lock down had it cancelled...this time we travelled late april.. so this time we went as a family of 8 including..two sixteen year olds and a ten year old..we were a little worried about the room arrangements as we had a 16 year old grandson sharing with us.but thanks to being elba members got upgraded to a 2 bed appt..thank you to reception staff..we found the hotel staff very friendly ..the food was very good .especially the breakfast...and lunch..we went all inclusive ..and the drinks were very good too...the pool at the back by the snack bar was very crowded..but did not put off the kids ..which was great for my wife and I as we stayed around the other pool on the other side which was nice and quiet..the snacks were just ok ..but we only tried them once ..as we were full and not hungry .but the kids had them .regularly..the pool towels were available for a deposit returnable.on check out..entertainment was typical all inclusive ..stuff ok but not for us for more than an hour..all in all a great hotel.. a little tired but hey ..its not five star..the food and drink is good too.. and the location is excellent...a big thank you to all the staff and managers. and we will return as a couple soon....in fact we are booking for January 2025...thanks again john and Tina heenan

The hotel was really good. There was a variety of food everyday and they had new dishes everyday. The staff are really good bartenders are very friendly and I must say they put a lot of alcohol into those cocktails which is really good :). The only problem that I encountered on the trip is that on one of the days after cleaning was done the cleaner left our door open which is a big problem regarding our property inside as anyone could’ve entered our room. Other than that it was a pleasant stay.
