Went as a family of 9,all adults except 1 a 9 year old .My wife and I have stayed here 3 times before but not for a while and really loved it and although it is still a brilliant Hotel in a great location it seems to have lost its sparkle. The food although ok could do with improving especially at evening times and the poor woman doing eggs and bacon at Breakfast was run off her feet Rooms are still nice and kept clean and well stocked and entertainment still ok and although we were all inclusive did not have to wait at the Bars long. My only criticism is that one time in the Restaurant 1 of my party strayed into the gold bracelet section of the Restaurant,( 2 of our party were single and had payed a fortune in single supplement and had silver bands so were not allowed in that section) She was told to get out in a not so friendly way by a young woman member of staff and upset her as she did not want anything from there and neither did we as the main buffet was better anyway, this embarrassed her and made her feel uneasy for the remainder of the holiday. Staff were mainly friendly and helpful with the exception of the four mentioned. They could do with upping their game a bit to bring it back to the standard it has always been so can only give 9 out of 10 this time(but has not put me off)

Beautiful location with amazing views.Rooms very clean and well equipped. Friendly attentive staff. I found the pools a little too salty for a proper swim although being warm in December a bonus.The only thing that let it down for us was the choices and quality of the evening food in the buffet restaurant , this could definitely be improved.The specialised restaurants were good and a welcome change .

“Very good hotel in a great location”

A large complex with great infrastructure (restaurants, pools, playground, warm water, internet connection, etc.), especially compared to other resorts on the island. Cleaneliness, facilities and room service could be improved. Activities and drinks are not free even for full-board bookings.

“Hotel has gone downhill in the last 12 months”

Our second visit to this hotel for a short November break after having a good experience in November 2023. Unfortunately it’s gone downhill since our last visit. Our second visit to this hotel for a short November break after having a good experience in November 2023. Unfortunately it’s gone downhill since our last visit. The food quality was poor and never hot enough and due to us only staying for four nights we weren’t allowed to book any specialist restaurants. Wired rule. Rooms are good, location is also good and the service is absolutely fine. The evening entertainment was quite enjoyable apart from the rather annoying dance club that had booked into the hotel and commandeered the area in front of the stage every night Positives - Room Location Entertainment. Negatives - Food White wine (paint stripper). Probably won’t go back to this hotel after this experience which is a shame as it was great first time around. Oh, and if you do visit the resort head to the fantastic Indian restaurant that sits on the corner called Fusion 22. Absolutely outstanding food!
