“Royal level family”
Stayed at Barcelo Royal family all-inclusive. As a couple with a baby. All the staff are great. Lory and Juzie sorted everything out from booking us in to checking us out and everything in between. Stayed at Barcelo Royal family all-inclusive. As a couple with a baby. All the staff are great. Lory and Juzie sorted everything out from booking us in to checking us out and everything in between. Heated pool was lovely. Buffet style restraunts with plenty to choose from thats for breakfast lunch and dinner. Mexican restraunt was worth booking it's amazing. The room we stayed in was clean, well maintained, and a decent size with a jacuzzi.

Beautiful resort, we stayed in a superior bungalow with large lounge area, table & chairs, small kitchenette, immaculate bathroom, large shower, spacious bedroom. Styled as traditional style villas, surrounded by beautiful plant, palm & cactus landscaping. Located just a 1 min walk from the beachfront (section 4). Staff were always friendly & courteous. Will definitely research another Barceló resort for future holiday based on this stay, have downloaded the app!

Excellent Location. Excellent service throughout our entire stay. Our bungalow was clean and spotless and kept that way every day of our stay by the friendly housekeeping team. Staff in Mafasca Buffet Restaurant were very helpful, particularly when catering for my wife's gluten-free dietary requirements. Excellent choice of food both at breakfast and evening meal. Reception staff also very courteous and efficient both at check in and check out. This was our first stay in a Barcelo Hotel in Fuerteventura and would definitely stay at this hotel and resort again. Thanks for fabulous service all round :-).

Book a room in advance. Get a room where the sun shines on the patio. Quality of the accommodation needs to be checked regularly by management.

“Elderly and disabled guests be aware there are many health and safety issues ”
Poor lighting inside and out side 18 steps on stairs outside with no hand rails Uneven surfaces with poor lighting English speaking very limited so mistakes being made on bookings Check in very slow Limited information on hotel facilities Not aware there was shower and changing facilities… more
Poor lighting inside and out side 18 steps on stairs outside with no hand rails Uneven surfaces with poor lighting English speaking very limited so mistakes being made on bookings Check in very slow Limited information on hotel facilities Not aware there was shower and changing facilities at reception before departure Qualifying to eat in another restaurant on site it's not free only 20 percent off bills including wine with your bracelet Overall a lot of health and safety issues and not suitable for elderly or disabled people No lift to upstairs accommodation I myself fell on stairs with NO handrail and I witnessed others tripping and falling on uneven surfaces
