A perfect hidden gem. A lovely bed and breakfast hotel close to the Main Street but in a very quiet location. The welcome from Thomas and his staff is second to none. The rooms are simple but comfortable and with aircon and a great shower. The view from the kingsize sea view is amazing. The pool is lovely with plenty of beds and the continental breakfast is delicious. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

We've coming to Hostal Mayans the past years. We enjoy the casual and easy going atmosphere. Rooms are basic, no TV, just a fan, a fridge, but in Formentera you need nothing more. We've coming to Hostal Mayans the past years. We enjoy the casual and easy going atmosphere. Rooms are basic, no TV, just a fan, a fridge, but in Formentera you need nothing more. The team is great, helpful and will support you in any need. Breakfast is great. Croissants freshly made, we love them, boiled eggs, pan tumaca (bread with tomato and olive oil), cold cuts, cheese, yogurts, cereals, juices... We will continue to come, we feel at home here. Stayed here for 2 nights whilst attending my son's wedding at the Gecko Beach Club. Excellent hotel, easily competing with our larger one at Es Cana in Ibiza.Very comfortable, lovely private balcony, quiet and with private pool. No air conditioning but a fan provided instead. Stayed here for 2 nights whilst attending my son's wedding at the Gecko Beach Club. Excellent hotel, easily competing with our larger one at Es Cana in Ibiza.Very comfortable, lovely private balcony, quiet and with private pool. No air conditioning but a fan provided instead. Minor disappointment initially was no hot breakfast but plenty of alternative items. Very close to lovely beach area.

The hostal is situated just outside , with walking distanse to the town Es Pujols, Formentera. Very countrysidelike, primitive and autentic, if you like the original Formentera-feeeling, with loud sounds of grasshoppers and exotic mix of smells (mostly herbs) only Formentera can offer! Believe me you don't get this in the towns.I got a room with nice view in the first floor, although I asked for a room in the second!! The breakfast is ok, nothing to brag about! Very clean room and nice, friendly staff, but they were absent a lot! After check out I could use the pool and the shower there for as long a I needed! I miss aircondition or a fan on the roof, the floorstanding "monster" -fan did not manage to chill the room enough. No tv in the room, slow Wifi everywhere, safe is not included and no elevator! All in all I would recommend this place if you like a quiet retreat close to the most fancy, noicy town in Formentera !
