Stayed at the Olympus Palace 25th June - 2nd July 2024. Reception spotless and had a nice scented clean smell as soon as you enter. Double pool view room not large but more than adequate, space to easily move about. Room and bathroom stylish and lovely balcony. Room and bathroom was spotlessly clean and remained so throughout our stay, A good selection of toiletries are provided ie shampoo, shower gel, hair conditioner, moisturiser, all smell lovely. Fresh towels every day when room refresh card left on door handle. The cleaners work very hard and are a massive asset to this Hotel. Pool area is spotless, pool at a good temperature. Life guard very attentive and helpful to the guests ie showed guest how to put parasol up and moved it to prevent sunburn. Restaurant had a large selection of quality dishes to suit everybody's taste, also had additional area where a selection food is cooked in front of you. Restaurant staff are polite and attentive, nice greeting from guy on the door. Only criticism, need a better toaster as had to put bread through several times before it was toasted. Reception staff very helpful and polite, ordered us a taxi etc. Evening entertainment is very very good and made my stay memorable. I whole heartedly recommend this hotel, was very sad to leave and would return without hesitation. Sean D

Me and partner have just arrived home after an amazing holiday at Olympus palace! The food was spot on, we had no issues with it whatsoever, there was something for everyone. The waiting staff were so friendly and attentive. And the hotel was spotless. We had our reservations about our room as it was overlooking amusements and the walkway, but me and my partner never heard a thing when the door was closed. The facilities and entertainment were also very good! I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting salou! We will be returning 😊

We have just arrived home following a 10 night stay at Olympus Hotel in Salou. The location is fab and only a short transfer from airport with plenty to do in the resort. Whilst the rooms are spotless they are small and we found ourselves tripping over each other in a cramped room - 2 adults and a 16 year old sharing one room! Requested a bigger room via email before arriving but told hotel rooms are all the same size. Negatives: Room size and location of room. Make sure you are not located a room next to the lift or opposite the kids arcade and the Black Bull pub, so noisy!we must of had the worst room for noise! Guests arriving and going home using lift with their luggage have no respect that other guests may be sleeping. And oh my god the women calling the bingo from the pub every night could be heard so clear you could of played…her motto every game was - “very exciting, very exciting 80 points can be won this evening, very exciting’ it drove us mad!! We did of course complain about the noise to the 2 men on reception but all they would say was, it will be better from tomorrow as less guests….load of rubbish, in hindsight we should have been more assertive and requested to move room as we had many disturbed nights and early mornings due to the noise. Quite disappointed with the hotel for fobbing us off on this. Be warned the pool is not for little kids there is no shallow end, I am 5” 4 and had to stand in my tip toes to reach the floor. I would say this hotel should be adults only. Food/ we went HB Breakfast was great but the food in the evening did get a bit repetitive, so we ate out a few times, plenty of places to choose from. The top pool area was stunning. We caught Covid in the last couple of days of our hols 😔 but obvs not hotels fault. All in all a stunning hotel in a fab location, would visit again BUT just as a couple, making sure room not over looking arcade, pub of near the lift and B& B only. We travelled with TUI rep never seen or heard from BUT the JET2 rep was amazing and very helpful.
