The hotel is very clean, although we did not seem to have maid service during our stay here. We stayed in room 610, which had a great view of the pool and sea. The beds were comfortable with one pillow each for the 3 of us, the air con worked great, and there was plenty of space to move around. The bathroom is adequate although when using the shower you end up flooding the bathroom floor as the shower head cannot be adjusted to point down, also we had a foul smell of the drains every now and again, especially of a morning. On the 8th floor there are two jacuzzis and a bar which we did not use but there is a perfect view of Salou. The pool is small, but with lots of sunbeds available, music was played around the pool, and some songs contained swear words that did not seem appropriate when children were about. We had a late afternoon pick up, so there were no facilities to shower, so we had to use the toilets up on the 8th floor to change and freshen up as best we could. There is a fantastic little bar across from the hotel called The Britannia, which serves great food and drinks that are very reasonably priced.

“Good hotel in salou!!!”

Hotel was extremely clean, rooms were cleaned every day. Comfortable beds and good air con. Strong water pressure in shower. Pool is good but they play the same few songs on loop which will become extremely annoying. Overall good stay. would stay again

Hi We stayed at this hotel from june 4th - june 11th 2024. First of all our transfer bus dropped us off a couple of blocks away so be aware (bts transfers) has driver dropped us and said just around corner but if not sure where going its around 10mins walk!!!. We arrived at hotel around 3pm so could check in straight away we had a room (622) which had a view of pool and sea. The room was nice and clean with a fresh smell bed was 2 double bed size. It has a safe and fridge a small but ok size balcony!! The bathroom was of good size. The bedroom laminate needs changing has chipped in alot of places but nothing major just saying has what to expect!! The bedding and pillows nice and clean/ wardrobe not bad size with about a dozen hangers! We had bed and breakfast but the breakfast was not to our liking could be better but other people eating it. Just not for us we had a few breakfast over the road at the Brittania Bar which i would recommend! The pool area is nice and clean pool not massive but ok plenty of sunbeds! The bar is open from around 10am but shuts at 7pm so after that no bar for drinks at night! There is a rooftop bar at hotel with lovely views and but was not open (i think it opens from 15th june) it has a couple of jacuzzies which were not in use at this time (personally i think these should be open all the time if your a guest at hotel) The staff and cleaners are all polite but not understand alot of english but not a problem. Overall this is a good clean hotel in a good location its on a good incline so be aware we were ok but may be more difficult for older persons with leg problems or other. We would stop again has not bad price!! 15 mins walk to bars etc! Nice cove beach around 10mind walk away. Please note this is my opinion of hotel but people keep going there every year so must be ok!@
