This hotel is a wow factor, photos do not do it justice. The public areas are stunning and the four pools provide any sort of unique experience that you can imagine Rooms are large and beautiful and exceptionally clean. Fluffy white towels and bedding. Shampoo, conditioner and shower/bath gel provided as well as hand wash and body lotion. No kettle so we took our own however a lovely cold fridge. Maid service every day Supermarket opposite hotel was super handy for our needs ie water, milk and snacks. Perfect little pergola area by main pool where food can be ordered and either eaten inside, outside or around the pool Beach access straight in to the street with beach a very short walk. Shops and bars on the doorstep Beach in Salou is perfect but busy with plenty of options for drinks etc Our flight was early so hotel provided fruit, water and biscuits One negative was food was sometimes cold but generally good

“Great Hotel”

First time in this hotel and will definitely return,rooms are a good size with fridge and free safe,lovely walk in shower,towels changed on request.The hotel is absolutely spotless there is plenty of seating areas and a small adult only reading room. First time in this hotel and will definitely return,rooms are a good size with fridge and free safe,lovely walk in shower,towels changed on request.The hotel is absolutely spotless there is plenty of seating areas and a small adult only reading room. The food at the hotel is good lovely breakfast [only complaint is the chef would not do me poached eggs] i am a fussy eater but always something to eat.they have a lovely on site cafe what does lovely food we used for lunch. The hotel is in a idealposition a few mins from the beach and main centre of Salou,if you go through the garden there is a gate and it save a bit time walking round to getinto the hotel,there is also a lift to bring you up if you can not use the stairs ,all the staff were very helpful and friendly.

In a great location, close to the beach, shops and restaurants. Friendly welcome in fact all staff at the hotel can't do enough for you, Plenty of choice for places to sit and lounge about and a choice of 3 pools and an adults only roof terrace with plunge pool and bar. Rooms clean and the beds very comfortable, regular towel changes. Drinks prices at the bar comparable and in some cases cheaper than the local bars. Food was good great choice at breakfast and evening meals were good too, did use the lunchtime snack bar a couple times this was also good and prices reasonable just wish the snack menu had a little more choice. Drinks at evening meal weren't a problem orders taken at the table and you pay when you exit the restaurant. This was my 3rd time in Salou and my first stay at the Las Vegas, will definitely return here

Wow first time at hotel las vegas, but won't be the last, already booked for next year. All the staff at the hotel were amazing, the bar staff were always quick and efficient, the housekeepers never stopped, the place was emaculate. The dining room manager even got stuck in helping out at busy meals times. The food I thought was very good every evening, a good selection was always on offer. Entertainment was on every evening, ok your not going to please everyone with the entertainment, but it was mainly good. The only little niggle I had was the lifeguard. It was a different rule everyday, some days you could have a ball in the pool, the next day you couldn't, don't know if these were just his own rules. Or management, some people had there towels removed from their sunbeds, but had only gone for lunch in the restaurant, others put towels down and disappeared for 3/4 hours, and nothing was done. I think it would be a good idea to give the lifeguard some kind of card for guest to put on their sunbeds when going for lunch in the restaurant, and not for people to go out of the hotel for hours and leave the towels on the sunbeds. But apart from that it is a fantastic hotel and all the staff should be applauded xx
