Stayed for a week AI, family of 4. Lovely hotel, very clean and staff extremely helpful especially Raul on the pool bar. We had visited this hotel 10 years ago and we were a little concerned about some of the recent reviews but these concerns were unfounded. Cocktails were amazing, large selection of food, even our very fussy son could always find something nice to eat. Had a fantastic relaxing week, plenty for kids to do, we will definitely be back. Well done Raul and team!

“Absolutely Fabulous”

This was the second time we had stayed at the Best Cap Hotel and again it didn’t disappoint. Check in was really swift and we were greeted by friendly reception staff who greeted my daughter with massive smiles and made her feel special. The room was clean and cool air con on, the rooms are cleaned daily and the staff that do this work hard and are helpful with a smile. The meal times are decent, food was actually decent, something for everyone and was good quality, can’t fault it. The pools are fantastic for the children, ours really enjoyed them and used them most days. The pool bar offer light snacks during the day which are fab value. Drinks are reasonably priced and bar staff work incredibly hard to meet demand, learn a few Spanish words for orderingand watch the appreciation on the staffs faces👍 The evening entertainment is fabulous, they have the kids part first which we loved as well being adults, Miles, Mireia and Natalia are excellent, fun and engaging with the kids. They made our kids holiday really special and these entertainers really do encourage kids to get involved and are a credit to Best Cap Hotel. Miles was born for this role and can speak English, Spanish, French, German and now Scottish lol. I really hope they are here when we return Best Cap need to keep them as they have so much energy and passion in what they do.” If you do something you love then you haven’t worked a day in your life” says Miles with a grin on his face❤️ This hotel for its size works like clockwork, the staff work hard in all aspects of operations especially in the dining hall. We had a fantastic 11 nights and have nothing but a truly positive experience, we’re definitely coming back and can’t wait. It’s a gem of a hotel in a safe environment and location.

I travelled here with my husband and 7 month old baby. I was really apprehensive about this hotel due to the very mixed reviews but the hotel really isn’t as bad as some people make it out to be. It is a 3 star hotel so keep that in mind. Check in was very quick and all reception staff were very friendly. Unfortunately our holiday didn’t start out very positive but it did get much better. The air con was broken in our room, when we went down for dinner we advised reception of this and was informed that it would be fixed whilst we were having dinner. When we returned to the room with a very tired baby the air con had not been fixed. The room was extremely hot and understandably our baby was very unsettled, up all night crying. We were so desperate my husband went down to reception at 2am and asked to be moved which he was told by the receptionist that he was on his own and couldn’t do anything about it until the morning but we were promised it would be fixed first thing, the receptionist did provide us with a fan which helped slightly. The next morning with two very exhausted parents and baby we advised reception we were going for breakfast so the air con can be fixed… when we returned to the room it was not fixed!! We went back to reception and we were advised it would be done at some point this morning. I was not happy with this and put my foot down, The receptionist was so lovely and was very understanding. We were moved to a new room and then had no further issues. A handy man did come and check our new room to make sure the air con was definitely working. Another negative is there’s a handful of staff that can be rude, if you don’t speak Spanish they aren’t interested. Even when you do speak Spanish to them they make out they don’t know what you are saying but like I said this is very few. You will get to know which staff are lovely so just go to them. Couldn’t fault the food at all, I thought it was very good for 3 star. Our room was always cleaned with fresh towels every day. The hotel was kept very clean and tidy at all times. The water park is great and the main pool is plenty big enough with enough sun loungers all throughout the day. It can get a bit mucky but it is right on the beach and unfortunately the hotel can’t control the wind blowing sand in it. The beach is beautiful. This hotel is perfect for a quick getaway in the sun!

This is a large hotel right on a private beach, it has some shops and restaurants literally outside. The staff work really hard and are all lovely. This is a large hotel right on a private beach, it has some shops and restaurants literally outside. The staff work really hard and are all lovely. The restaurant always had plenty of fresh food and the snack bar was nice with burgers and hotdogs which the kids loved. If you have children they have great slides in one of the pools. There is a bus stop just up the road if you want to get to Salou. The entertainment wasn't really up to much but again the kids loved the nightly mini disco.
