This was our second visit. We came back with our eldest son, wife and 21 month old granddaughter. The hotel is in a great location and ideal for a family or adults holiday. We had requested a pool view room close to our sons room with a bath for our granddaughter. We where not disappointed. Lovely big room newly decorated. Comfy large bed with a excellent selection of pillows. The balcony was large and felt very safe for our young granddaughter. Air con was great with free safe and fridge. The only negative comment is the cleaning of the room. The floors felt dusty and surfaces and glasses where not always cleaned. The hotel it self was very clean. Good selection of food and the staff where fantastic. I didn't think the drinks where expensive for a hotel. The biggest problem is the lack of sunbeds. They could easily accommodate another 50 beds. The queues in the morning are embarrassing. People running and arguing about sunbeds is pathetic. This is not the hotels fault and not sure how to resolve this. Would we return 🤔 definitely yes. For what you pay I think its good value for money. We had a fantastic family holiday, thank you h10 Salauris palace 😀 we will be back x

This was our 4th time here and I've previously gave this 5 and 4 stars ratings but this time things were a little bit different , starting with the ants in the room (5th floor) ( was reported and dealt with immediately) , next would be the over all appearance is starting to get a bit run down (Defs not untidy place was always immaculately clean ) lastly the restaurant always had a Great selection for both adults and kids alike but this time the kids selection was a little scarce and the adults was plenty full of you liked it but not if you were a plain or picky eater (I personally loved the food) but other members didn't (picky eaters) I would like to put a special mention to 2 members of the team Ivan and Andrea (bar staff) who were great fun and just brilliant always smiling and laughing. A credit to the hotel, thanks again to all the staff and hotel

Have just returned from a long weekend This hotel is great family no frills hotel For couples without children who want luxury this is not the hotel for you . Over the weekend we went several different times to the pool and never had a problem getting a sun bed! We found the food boring and bland in the evening although buffet so always lots of salad on hand Lunch round the pool was always tasty and good value I found the price of drinks very affordable The staff were all very approachable Without doubt XAVIER GOMEZ on reception was amazing he was so helpful and nothing was ever too much trouble for him he certainly deserves some recognition from the hotel ! Hotel is in a great position walking to the theme park was 10 mins and into town 15 mins

We went as part of a large family group, adults and kids. All part of a TUI package holiday, half board, breakfast and evening meal. I usually don't leave a bad review but I'll highlight some of the issues I had along with the good points. Restaurant - the breakfast selection is large and varied. No ques the mornings we were there. They also have different milks such as soy, oat etc. so it was handy as we have a kid who cant have dairy milk. For the evening meal, ques formed by the chips for some reason and this slowed up things quiet a bit. The selection was poor compared to other TUI hotels we have stayed in. The food was cold a lot of the time and very bland. The signage on the foods was hit and miss and a lot of the time it wasn't evident what was exactly in the food you were eating. The restaurant staff were sometimes rude and quiet dismissive. Pool - You cannot reserve a sun lounger until 9am, a large que forms from 8am onwards and once the door to the pool area opens then there is a rush. Its a disaster. You then have to stay by your reserved beds, if you move from the beds for a few minutes the hotel staff remove your towels. This caused a few arguments between staff and guests during the week we stayed. This also means that you cant have breakfast with your family as there is always someone watching the beds. Pool side cafe - This is handy if you don't want to eat out and stay close by the pool during the day but it can be expensive. I'll attach a receipt below to show prices. Rooms- The rooms are average, clean and do the job. The cleaning staff are on the ball and clean daily with fresh towels whenever you need. The bathroom has plenty of toiletries so if you have forgotten to bring anything chances are they will have something for you i.e. toothbrush and toothpaste. Playground - this is at the opposite side of the hotel to the entertainment which was a bit of a pain as its out of view and the playground can be accessed by anyone by gates from the road. Bar - staff can be put out quiet easily if you ask them to make cocktails, I mean its their job. If not happy then find another job. Overall its a nice hotel, clean, very close to the main part of Salou, very close to the airport. The entertainment was ok but when compared to other TUI holidays this ranks low.
