Lovely hotel. Our rooms were cleaned every day, the food was lovely, reception staff were very helpful. My friend and I didn't use the pool area as it was very busy but we found a couple of nice beaches which we could walk to or take a small bus ride out of Salou which was more our cup of tea...… more

Lovely hotel. Our rooms were cleaned every day, the food was lovely, reception staff were very helpful. My friend and I didn't use the pool area as it was very busy but we found a couple of nice beaches which we could walk to or take a small bus ride out of Salou which was more our cup of tea... We did read on another review that there are no kettles in the rooms, so my friend and I took our own. Thank you

“We had a lovely stay”

Hotel was clean, rooms cleaned every day only thing was they were small with 2 adults n 2 kids wasnt much room to put suitcases. Food was ok usually something different to eat every night with the different theme nights they had on. All inclusive was good and the snacks were great we loved the toas… more

Hotel was clean, rooms cleaned every day only thing was they were small with 2 adults n 2 kids wasnt much room to put suitcases. Food was ok usually something different to eat every night with the different theme nights they had on. All inclusive was good and the snacks were great we loved the toasties which we had some days rather than going to the restaurant for lunch. Pool area was very crowded ppl had sun beds everywhere so wasnt much room to walk if u were trying to get to the pool or bar. I think they need to have lines where the sun beds are allowed to go so that ppl aren’t just putting them everywhere. The staff was friendly especially the bar staff they were rushed off their feet. We would come back to this hotel. Location was very good.

Stayed at this hotel for 7 nights All inclusive family of 4. Hotel location very good close to all the shops,bars,restaurants and the beach. Bus stop 5 min walk away to take you to places we used to get to portaventura. Hotel inside was very clean couldn't fault it. The outside wasn't the best with lazy people just leaving food lying around which then attracted the birds so the pool side has birds walking about and they poo everywhere 🙄 ( not hotels fault just lazy people) The food well all I can say is it was awful always stone cold now I am not a fussy eater but I found it hard to eat anything and I think I lived off pizza and chips when we did eat in.The food is more catered for the Spanish there was a tiny( british) section that had pizza chips pasta sometimes burgers( but watch as even they wasn't cooked properly) The snack bar was ok and served burgers,hotdogs,chips and toasties in the day which we preferred as the food in restaurant was the same every night. The rooms are small but didn't bother us as we only used for sleeping and was cleaned daily with fresh towels and beds made up. The pools are nothing like on the photo advertised the main pool is very small and at times would be cramped with people and warning the pools are FREEZING. There is a lods club but can't say what it is like as my boys are older so didn't go. The entertainment at night was awful 1 night was bingo 1 night was a man vs women there was 2 nights where they had singers in( not the best) and 1 night was just music playing from a speaker so I wouldn't rate the entertainment at all. The bar staff are friendly and juice is help yourself if you are All inclusive. Reception staff I found very rude we used the spa one day as it was cold outside my son cut his foot needed a plaster and she she refused to give me one said I would have to buy them at the shops when he cur his foot due to there spa. Wouldn't recommend the spa it was very dirty inside we only last 20mins and come out again. There is a charge for using this I can't remember what the cost was. I wouldn't stay here again just purely for the food and pools are too small.
