1st family holiday abroad.had a wonderful stay here. The room was clean and spacious. The staff were all great. The area itself is not overcrowded which is why we chose the location. Yes the h10 hotel music is quite loud but personally we didn't mind it. The pool onside is quite cold but it didn't stop the kids enjoying it daily. The onside shop was ideal, breakfast was good and kept topped up. The bus stop was close enough and easy to navigate where we wanted to go,the price of bus pass was cheap too. Plenty of restaurants in walking distance as well as the onside facilities. We would definitely return. Thank you for a lovely stay

“Relaxed holiday well needed.”

Rooms spacious & comfortable only thing neighbouring hotel was really loud as groups of teenagers staying there..food fairly expensive in hotel & definitely wouldn't go for the buffet breakfast was absolutely shocking & so overpriced 11.50 & we didn't even eat it kids pizzas really nice fries too... more

“Upgrade your hotel to a 4 star.”

The room was a standard room with a bath. We were initially given a room on the 3rd floor overlooking the pool and the sea, but we asked to be moved to the back of the hotel as the noise at night was unbearable. We then moved rooms to the 5th floor at the back of the hotel which was much quieter.... more

The room was a standard room with a bath. We were initially given a room on the 3rd floor overlooking the pool and the sea, but we asked to be moved to the back of the hotel as the noise at night was unbearable. We then moved rooms to the 5th floor at the back of the hotel which was much quieter. Both rooms we had were very clean and tidy. WiFi is absolutely non existent. The connection lasted all of 5 minutes before it throws you off and asks you repeatedly for your email address to log back in My son has autism and the way for him to relax is to sit on his iPad with his headphones on. The lift doors are dangerous. They close seconds after getting in but half of my son’s special needs pushchair was still half way over the entrance of the lift before it closed. Watch out for little your one’s hands/fingers as they could become trapped. It was the biggest bug bear of every other guest we spoke to. The pool area is mostly covered by shade as the sun comes over the top of the hotel. As it is the beginning of the season the pools were cold but that didn’t stop my son having a great time. The food was ok, not outstanding but it is only a 3 star hotel so you get what you pay for. We moved to the hotel across the road (H10 Mediterranean) after 3 days of my son having meltdowns over the non existent WiFi. We just needed a more stable connection. We had a self catering room which was clean and today but on the small side. In my opinion H10 is a better quality of hotel and I would 100% pay the extra pennies to go from a 3 star to a 4 star. The difference is massive and you’ll have a better holiday. It’s a 10 minute taxi ride away to the centre of Salou which has a beautiful long beach and an array of bars and restaurants. Cap Salou where we stayed is much quieter but expect some very hilly walks as all the bars/restaurants are at the bottom of a very steep hill as is the small beach.
