I will start with the Pros. Amazing splash park for the kids, central location to beach, shops and restaurants. Highly recommend the waterfront Irish bar - food was delicious, affordable and staff lovely. They also show the football. We had read bad reviews about the food so only went bed and breakfast. Breakfast was plentiful and lots of variety, couldn’t fault it. We used to eat around 8.30am, any later and the queue was a good 30 mins long to get in. Rooms clean, modern, free safe , towels, tv, no kettle. Beds comfy and small fridge . Before I start on the cons we still had a wonderful holiday and we knew it wouldn’t be five star because of the price we paid but although there is lots of cons it didn’t affect our holiday. Room walls are very thin, we could everything our neighbours said and did. Our room was above the entertainment stage, it was loud and ran from about 9.30pm - 11.30pm but it didn’t stop us sleeping. Entertainment is all Spanish. I read a lot of reviews about food making people poorly. We did order a burger from the bar at lunch and it was raw inside. Apart from this and breakfast we didn’t eat at the hotel. Majority of staff are rude. Really rude. However there are some exceptions , a couple of the men at the bar were helpful. Lifeguards - my daughter sliced her foot on the floor of the pool, the lifeguards didn’t even go in and check when we told them. My daughter got hurt on numerous occasions on the water slides - kids going down before she was down on inflatables kicking her, throwing her under the water - lifeguards did nothing. Sit on their phones all day . There was enough sun beds but I can imagine in the school holidays the place is overly busy as there wasn’t room to move cone lunch time in the pool. Hotel is full of rude Spanish guests - I’ve never met such rude and naughty children who don’t think twice about how much they are hurting kids around them and parent s not controlling them. Whilst it didn’t ruin our holiday we def won’t be returning

We travelled here with a 19 month old and 11 year old. Kids pool and slides great. We found the evening entertainment to be really late especially for a young baby - kids disco doesn’t start till 9:30pm and was very loud so could hear everything in the rooms that are pool facing. We travelled here with a 19 month old and 11 year old. Kids pool and slides great. We found the evening entertainment to be really late especially for a young baby - kids disco doesn’t start till 9:30pm and was very loud so could hear everything in the rooms that are pool facing. Short walk down to sandy beach and some shops. The second day the 11 year old was throwing up for around 9 hours - not sure if it was food/heat/pool related but double check the meat is cooked as we had a double of dodgy looking burgers. Food was fine otherwise, standard cheap all inclusive but dinner didn’t start till 7 which again we found quite late with a little one. Self serve soft drinks at the pool were handy to save waiting to be served. Second day my mum also got stuck in the lift, it took a family in a nearby hotel room calling down to reception for them to come get her out - after reading reviews I can see the lift breaking is a regular thing.
