Absolutely fantastic hotel, and spotlessly clean. Trying to be as detailed as possible, as I like to know lots of info before I go places. We stayed half board and the food was fab, my 7 year old daughter is extremely picky and managed to eat well every time, so much variety. Breakfast included tea, coffee, fruit juices. Dinner did not include drinks only carafes of filtered water, but staff came round to order soft drinks, alcohol, which you pay on leaving the restaurant. Wines with dinner were between 16 and 25 euro, however if AI were between 5.50 and 10 euro. Soft drinks were 2.5 euro. Tiny cups for tea but I saw some folk bring a mug with them for a decent sized cuppa. Modou and Thierno served us most nights and were so friendly and helpful. Breakfast is 7.45-10.30, lunch 1pm - 3pm, dinner 6.30-9.30. We had our transfer early and hotel opened restaurant an hour early to allow everyone breakfast before leaving for airport. Fantastic. We were in room 824 on the 8th floor with lovely view of the pool and beach. Room was a fairly decent size, we had a double bed and single bed, beds were very comfy, kettle some tea and coffee, sugar/milk which you can ask for more at reception should you run out, small fridge, telly. No iron in room but you can ask at reception for one. There was a safe however no lock on it, we didn't question or ask for lock as it wasn't really needed for us we had our own mini safe. Shower was brill. TV has hdmi port so bring your fire stick for Netflix etc when you get back to your room. WiFi throughout the hotel. The outdoor pools were fab, albiet very cold, we came late October so would most probably be warmer at height of season. We managed to get a lounger with no problem. Indoor pool was warmer, not as big, and also a sauna beside it which was lovely if you manage to get 2 minutes away from the kids. Housekeeping staff are very friendly and cleaned room every day to a very high standard, providing fresh towels, changing bedding etc. The beach is lovely and clean and water nice and warm and literally on the doorstep. The evening entertainment was good, kids club with usual dances, games etc, karaoke, MJ tribute, acrobat, singers, bingo, quizzes. The children's entertainers were fantastic Nadia, Maria, Brox, Alex and Ceci kept all the kids entertained throughout the day with different activities within the Goldy Club. Reception staff were super friendly and were very helpful assisting when my husband needed a doctor. There is a small shop next door that sells usual snacks, drinks, a few souvenirs and lots of floaties and beach essentials, no ciggies but sell vapes. There is a small supermarket in walking distance to the right of the hotel, along with some souvenir, tobacco shops and cafes. There is a bus stop right outside hotel taking you to Salou. We got a taxi into salou that cost about 12 euro. A lovely relaxed, friendly, family feel. We will most def be visiting again. “Wow just WOW”

Fabulous hotel, great location, staff are amazing and really helpful. The hotel and grounds are spotless. The only suggestions I have made to the hotel are better signage for the facilities ie gym . And for some changes to the cooked breakfast items. So if you find hash browns on the breakfast buff… more

Where do I start, well from getting off the coach and been greeted by Jose & pepe lol, ( you will see what I mean when you go there ) to the desk staff very professional, then put out case's in the holding room very safe, then when it was time to go to the room very clean and comfortable, cleaned daily. The restaurant food is second to none plenty of verity from cold meats,cheese, salads,tapas, full English breakfast, omelette, most meats served hot , carved fresh, fresh fish, pizzas, mash,vegetables, hot dogs ,burgers, chips, fresh fruit, loads of cakes, ice cream frozen and a machine, fruit juices,different milks, tea,coffee machines, toasters,microwaves different breads, butter. And Vlad & the staff make you most welcome. Then it come to the entertainment, kids club my 2 grandkids love it,loads for them to do morning, noon & night, from a very safe & secure professional team. For adults plenty of good shows, quizs and bingo,karaoke nights the whole thing is a great experience. Then you have a great chill out bar on the bottom floor overlooking the beach playing soft chill out background music with a range of drinks,cocktails and food. All in all one fantastic holiday. Activities were the best selection we have ever had, archery was great. The entertainment selection was really good. The acts also had a wide appeal. Running the kids club during the evening entertainment was a really great idea, this prevented the children from getting bored. The quiz and bingo nights were also good fun. Well done 👏🏻 to the entertainment team Alex, Brox and Ceci. The food at breakfast and dinner was great. Labelling is something they need to improve on but otherwise absolutely no complaints.
