We stayed in apartment block 5 for the Halloween mid term break from school, but we were REALLY unlucky with the weather. Torrential downpours for a few of our 8 days stay which definitely could have made for an awful holiday. Initially I had booked just room and breakfast, but to be honest, I couldn't find any nice restaurants in the area and the rain didn't make us want to explore, so on day 2 I upgraded us to all inclusive. It meant we could use the heated indoor pool, which was essential for our kids!! Our apartment was PERFECT for us...very spacious, 2 bedrooms, decent kitchen and a washing machine. It was right beside a small supermarket and there was free parking for my car right there. Maids came and made our beds every day, and did a quick tidy up...more than adequate! Food was pretty good...good selection, and it changed a bit each day. We always found something that suited us. The first couple of days we used the restaurants in Hotel 1 and it was CRAZY in there...stampedes of people! But Hotel 2 was really organised and Hotel 3 was quieter still...they did dinner from 6.30pm rather than 7, which suited us too. The number one thing that made our holiday a success was the kids club. Our son has never enjoyed them before, but the girls there and in particular Ruby, was so so good to us... reassuring and lovely! You could tell that she has children of her own and she was so patient and warm...a real asset to the company!! We're hoping we get to return in the summer (with better weather) and we've learned lots from our stay...I'm sure it'll be even better next time!

Been going to estival Park for the last 5 years this time I went we have a lot of rain and it was hard to find a seat in the bar area lots of people had to go to their rooms and sit in their room hotel starting to look dated more a 3 star hotel now reception staff very helpful and friendly bar staf… more

Been going to estival Park for the last 5 years this time I went we have a lot of rain and it was hard to find a seat in the bar area lots of people had to go to their rooms and sit in their room hotel starting to look dated more a 3 star hotel now reception staff very helpful and friendly bar staff hard working and friendly and helpful restaurant very good but food always cold eggs in the morning she cooked where cold she would 2 to 3 trays at a time and leave them to go cold ask for a hot egg she was putting on a tray she pulled the tray away and told me to get one of the cold ones miserable women rest of the food was good but cold microwave in restaurant so gust used that room was fine when we arrived but after a few days the smell from the shower was horrible when to reception sorted in a couple of minutes few days later same again down to reception sent some one up sorted this happen once more i cleaned the shower my self three times as the maid didn't bother sheets on bed wife notice a pen mark on the sheets sill there after 2 weeks only beds not made properly when to reception to complain but there was lots of people gust arriving this happen 4 times could not be bothered to wait seen tui rep about it she said see the reception did not seem to be bothered now this has never happened before at this hotel I will not be coming back for that reason now all the staff really good at this hotel unlike the maid and the one that cooked the eggs
