Yes, guests at Cambrils Park Resort have highlighted that: We stayed for 7 nights in Cambrils Park in June 2024. This was our 5th time staying in Cambrils Park, and as always it was a fantastic visit. We stayed in the Villa Bonita. Cambrils Park continues to be a really clean and well maintained location. The Villa was spotless when we arrived. The pools continue to be really good and safe. Last year I made a comment about the new slide in the Caribbean Pool and the serious 'jolt' it gave people on entry to the water. It was pleasing to see that this has been rectified and the slide is now safe again. We rarely ate onsite. Previous years have thought us that the food is average at best and this year hasn't changed our mind. We got food from the takeaway at lunchtime, which was always good. On our first evening we ate in the main restaurant overlooking the entertainment area and this was reasonable - Guillame was our server and he was really excellent. The bakery is getting more popular every year and there is a reason for this - it is fantastic. There are still some cars onsite. I feel that this is unnecessary and takes away from the safety aspect. The excuse given, is that cars are only allowed to facilitate guests to drop off luggage to their accommodation. I am sorry but I just don't understand why these guests , like everyone else, cannot avail of the luggage buggy’s which porters use to drop guests, and their luggage, to their accommodation. The laundry service (€11 for a bag of clothes washed and dried) is top class. The onsite supermarket continues to be very reasonably priced. The nighttime entertainment is decent and it is always really relaxing sitting out in the evening/night having a drink whilst the kids enjoy the entertainment. Despite all of the above, we will not be returning to Cambrils Park unfortunately. The reason is because of the very excessive price increase for 2025. The online price for the same accommodation (Villa Bonita) for the same week in June in 2025, is almost 30% (!!!) more expensive than 2024. I find this a really really disappointing way for any business to treat its customers. I emailed the booking center about this, I went to both reception area's to try to speak to someone about this, and I also spoke with a booking representative on the phone. None of them were able to help me , despite the fact that we are a family who have been returning for a number of years. In fact the booking representative curtly told me that it does not matter if I am a returning customer and Cambrils Park "reserve the right to charge whatever we want". This is a desperately disappointing response. I was also told it was to cover energy costs....if anything energy costs have decreased in 2024 ! In my opinion the real truth behind the price increase is that , just like a lot of businesses, Cambrils Park have decided to travel down the road of good old fashioned greed. A 30% price increase is beyond what we can afford so much to our disappointment we will not be able to return.

“Excellent stay in Cambrils park, but we will not be returning”

We stayed for 7 nights in Cambrils Park in June 2024. This was our 5th time staying in Cambrils Park, and as always it was a fantastic visit. We stayed in the Villa Bonita. “Great family holiday”

9th time to stay here and booked again for 2025. Stayed in Med2. Fantastic set up on site, lots to entertain my 16, 13 and 9 year old. Pools are fantastic and very clean.
