“Absolutely no problems, rooms spacious, beds comfy, showers amazing, maids do a great job”
We really enjoyed the miramar, the food was lovely, only gripe absolutely freezing pool which was a shame as the sunbeds were so comfortable, location exceptional as very close to beach restaurants and shops and the train station which was handy for trips to Barcelona, sitges and tarragona

This is the third time we have stayed at this hotel, overall we enjoyed our stay here. Its a great location on the beach front. We had a side street with a balcony room Room 435. Overall I'd say the room was an 8/10, the air conditioning in the room appeared not to be working which was reported to the staff. We were on Half Board basis, the food was good with choices but we felt it wasn't as good as the previous year. What we do like about the half board is that you can choose to have it at lunchtime or dinnertime. We have provisionally booked for 2025 but have noticed that it has gone up by approx £120 more than what we paid this year. I wonder if they are taking advantage of the fact that there is a music weekender at this time.

We have stayed at this hotel previously for the High Rockabilly festival. This time the food whilst we were there in September was dreadful. After most had gone the room prices decreased a great deal and the food was much Improved. I feel this us VERY unfair as we pay a premium price and get the worst food. Just because most are not Spanish we are treated to rubbish food. Please take note and make you food hot and acceptable for next year 2025.

“A hotel for Spanish residents not tourists”
It’s the old cliche of you get what you pay for. We didn’t realise that full board didn’t even include tap water with our meals. It’s the old cliche of you get what you pay for. We didn’t realise that full board didn’t even include tap water with our meals. We were charged $3.60 for a jug of tap water so opted to go all inclusive. We ended up paying for a day that we couldn’t use due to being picked up at 9:45am. Josina at reception went above and beyond to help guide us around the city. Whilst the hotel is prime location for the beach, this is a hotel for Spanish residents not tourists as Josina was the only person who spoke English at reception. On arrival we paid for a fridge which was not delivered so had to chase up more than once. Bedding was filthy on two of the beds. The House keeper asked us to wait until tomorrow for them to be changed. Thank god for google translator. Had to go to reception 4 times to ask for clean bedding. The soap dispenser in one of the bathrooms was empty and there was a visible build up of dust on top of both soap dispensers in the bathrooms. The male bar staff were rude and on more than one occasion served the Spanish guests who were stood behind me in the line. The food selection was ok if you can get over the partial cooked fried eggs and tough bread. The sea food collection was good. Most of the shops are shut during the day and the strip outside the hotel gets very busy at night especially on the weekends. If you are all Inclusive be mindful that this does not include the bar on the beach so you will have to travel back and forth to get drinks and snacks. This hotel is perfect if you like the beach but as with the hotel if you don’t speak Spanish you may have to use google translate to communicate. If you’re on the first floor be prepared to hear the hoover in reception from 6am onwards. Also on the first floor your room is cleaned very early in the morning.
