After reading some reviews I was rather worried about staying here. But we honestly found this hotel very nice, rooms were clean but they are very small if you have more than 2 of you in a room (we had 2 adults 2 children) We had a lovely view over the pool and we could see the stage which was perfect for the evenings as our autistic son didn’t like to be downstairs with all the noise. Food was ok to be honest we was a bit concerned as some meat wasn’t cooked very well and some very chewy. Good selection of foods though although some nights would be repetitive. We did pay for the upgrade so we didn’t have to queue for drinks. The children also had a free horse ride included in the upgrade. The pool is quite big so we never had any issues swimming with the children, but getting a sunbed isn’t the easiest. The location was lovely as opposite the back but expect to walk your feet off as everything is quite far out. Taxis are pretty cheap and so are buses so getting out and about was never an issue.

We stayed at this hotel for a week in late October 2024 with our young family of four. Check-in was efficient, but our initial room in the Andalusia flats was a major disappointment. It was extremely small, dated, and felt unsafe for our young children, especially given our first-floor location. We paid an extra €90 to upgrade, which moved us to a newer block. While an improvement, these rooms were still dated with several broken fixtures, including a faulty sink. The rooms are in dire need of refurbishment. The pool was too cold to enjoy (colder than the beach!), likely due to lack of sun exposure. The single restaurant often had queues of 10-15 minutes after 7pm. The food was average, with themed nights that offered no truly outstanding dishes. On the positive side, the staff were friendly and helpful. However, the persistent photographers trying to sell photoshoots were a bit bothersome. The evening entertainment was good, especially the 30-45 minute children's program, which our kids loved. The adult entertainment was also enjoyable. The beach was decent and clean, though the Atlantic waters were quite cold. The hotel's location is its strongest asset, with easy walking access to Torremolinos town centre and convenient train connections to the airport and Malaga city. Overall, our experience was just okay. This hotel doesn't live up to a 4-star rating. While we enjoyed Torremolinos itself, we wouldn't choose this hotel again.
