“Marvellous stay”
This is a beautiful hotel. On arrival, the reception area excudes cleanliness and modernity. Very pleasant staff throughout. This is a beautiful hotel. On arrival, the reception area excudes cleanliness and modernity. Very pleasant staff throughout. The young man who checked us in placed alot of emphasis on a bargain upgrade to premium, but to be honest, the 'goldfish bowl' just off reception where you access the premium drinks didn't appeal to us. We were more than happy with our marina view room. Book this room if you want to overlook Benalmadena Marina (no noise, though) and a little stream with lots of bird life, and get the sun from midday onwards. The hotel attracted an older demographic when we were there at the end of Feb - we are at late middle-age ourselves, but there may be younger folk/families in the school holidays. Breakfast was a wow. So much choice! We were half board and ate all our evening meals here. Same dining room as breakfast, but a little more chaotic, and some dishes may not be to everyone's liking. We always found something nice though, and we'd certainly stay half board again. In fact, we're thinking about returning at the end of 2026, as the location and proximity to the airport (15-20 mins) suits us. Book this hotel if you want to be where there's plenty to do in the daytime, either turning left to Torremolinos or right to Benalmadena, and want a great 'hotel experience'. You won't regret it, promise!

We have stayed at this wonderful hotel before and it just keeps getting better. The staff, especially the Reception staff, want you to have the best experience. (Shout out to Victor!) . We were offered an upgrade to premium level at a good price, which gave us a better room with extras and also free drinks and nibbles in the Premier Lounge. On departure, we explained we had a 10pm flight and we were offered a late checkout for a few hours and as the weather was pouring with rain, this was a great help with our plans for the day. We cannot recommend this hotel enough and the location is fantastic! We will be back, for sure!

Just returned from a few days away with my friend. Hotel is in an excellent location, facilities fab, very clean rooms are spacious & beds very comfy. Staff very friendly nothing was a bother, we had an issue with our shower & it was fixed within 15 minutes. We stayed B&B food was very fresh & plenty to choose from. Definitely a hotel I would use again 😊

We have just returned from a short stay at the Ocean House by Melia. We travelled by car from our holiday home inland. We stayed in a top level suite with sea view in the premium section. The room was a great size and well appointed. The views over the harbour were really great. We really enjoyed the premium upgrade facilities including the lounge and rooftop area. We were even given a welcome cocktail in the rooftop area. What a nice touch! The only negative for us was the breakfast. It wasn't great quality and there were lots of dirty plates. Other than this we found the hotel to be fantastic. We will be uploading a review and tour to our YouTube channel @thejetsetcouple in the coming weeks. We look forward to returning to this hotel in the future.

“Modern hotel with super friendly staff!”

Stayed for one night at Ocean House with my Mum and 11 year old daughter. Victor checked us in. He was super friendly and provided us all with a warm welcome, as did all of the other staff. When the hotel realised it was my daughter’s and mum’s birthday they sent up a bottle of cava on ice, chocolate cake, sweets and juice with a little birthday note - such a lovely surprise! Rooms are nice and modern. My daughter had a sofa bed with sliding doors and separate tv which was a great touch as she had her own space. Great little mini fridge with complementary water and a kettle with tea, coffee, etc. The salt water pools are gorgeous and the cafe/bar is great as has another small pool which is ideal for kids. Perfect location as on the beach and just a few minutes walk to the port which has lots to offer! Also 2for1 Happy Hour 6pm-7pm in both bars! We will definitely stay here again!
