We were there during the last week of October. The reception area is uncluttered, spacious and clean. Our room was near the lifts so had the potential of being noisy and disrupted, but there were no bells or lift-announcements at each floor, so very quiet. Our refurbished room was bright and clean with that gorgeous view over the pool and sea. The shower was FANTASTIC - good power and great heat. The towels were older and weren't very plush, but good quality cotton none the less. The bed was comfortable, with a choice of soft and hard pillows. We brought our own kettle, mugs and coffee plunger. Breakfast was repetitive with a small choice, but adequate. Food from the pool bar was quick and fresh. The roof-top bar was great, but closed halfway through our stay due to the storms (I guess for the winter). Downside: no lounge for resting on rainy days We were directly above the pool bar, so the night's entertainment was very loud. Overall: excellent value, spotlessly clean, pleasant staff.

Here now, part way thro a weeks stay. Paid decent price for 3* hotel. Comments are taking this into account. EXTERIOR- building and grounds are well kept, clean and tidy. Here now, part way thro a weeks stay. Paid decent price for 3* hotel. Comments are taking this into account. EXTERIOR- building and grounds are well kept, clean and tidy. Excellent location on prom/beach midway between Torremolinos and Benalmadena, very pleasant walk either way. INTERIOR - all areas very clean. Room is decent size, clean but a bit dated, which is ok for what we paid. BUT ... White towels should be white and soft - not grey and like cardboard! White bed linen should be white - not cream with the odd hole here and there! Not suggesting the best Egyptian cotton, basic but new would suffice! Hot food, both at breakfast and dinner should be served hot - not lukewarm, as has happened so far! If the hotel could sort these basic details, and bearing in mind the positives, it could definitely be one of the best 3* hotels I have stayed in. Such a shame!

“Disappointed breakaway after many years staying in this hotel .”

We have been coming to this hotel for years and this is the first time to be disappointed. Firstly the tables in the dining room are way to close together. You have no privacy whatsoever. We have been coming to this hotel for years and this is the first time to be disappointed. Firstly the tables in the dining room are way to close together. You have no privacy whatsoever. Too many people being hoarded in and it felt like a school canteen and not at all enjoyable. At least for breakfast you could eat in the pool bar area or outside . Food very good it’s a shame what they have done . I won’t be going half board again . Poolside bar closed by 6pm , reason being it was too cold they said , but it was 22degs and you could go out anywhere and eat and drink outside of hotel. So ridiculous excuse not to keep it open. Rooftop bar open but loud music in confined area . Downstairs bar in basement open at night which was old and musty and no windows . Rooms lovely overlooking the pool and sea. Very clean and staff are as alway extremely friendly and courteous.
