We have just returned from a 10 night break staying at the Fénix. A combination of the Hotel, its staff and Torremolinos itself made our holiday perfect. All the Staff were polite, friendly, efficient and always had a smile for you. Whatever their role was they were a joy. The Hotel is classic Spanish, very clean throughout. We had a large 3rd floor sea view room, huge bed, and large shower/toilet room. The Shower was brilliant! We are sure that over the whole stay our bed linen was changed every day but one. Towels regularly changed. Faultless service. We stayed Half Board and overall the food was very good with excellent choice. To be honest a ridiculous large choice. They provided English options and Spanish. Spoilt for choice, a minor criticism is Buffet food can sometimes go from hot to cool. However I must add this is a minor comment and not an issue. Freshly made omelettes on request at breakfast, it’s always worth trying something different as well. The restaurant staff are just wonderful, all of them. Jose the Manager has the biggest and most welcoming smile. Main bar and pool bar are cashless. Easy system to use. Wrist bands are provided for access to rooms and you show these for access to mealtimes. The pool area is lovely, though despite hotel warning notices people still reserve beds and sunbeds. Annoying. Would we return, absolutely! We plan to definitely. Met some lovely guests, and this added to the holiday as a whole. Reception is 7th floor and takes you straight to Main Street shops/bars/restaurants within 2 minutes. The lift takes you down the rear of the hotel to ground level and 5 minutes to Beach. Location perfect!

Hotel Fénix is an excellent spotless adult only traditional Spanish hotel built on hill,all staff really friendly & helpful nothing a bother , lifts take u to beach level . Stayed 1 wk bed & breakfast food fantastic Something for everyone. Stayed in room 207 everything you needed except view was a brick wall& emergency stairs , no sun & in corner of hotel unless u upgrade & pay more, would highly recommend 🌟🌟🌟🌟

“Good Central Hotel with Some More Than Average Facilities”

Adult Only Hotel very good; nice sized room, enormous balcony, decent pool area with small pool. Lovely outside breakfast area; shaded in the morning. Good breakfast spread. Adult Only Hotel very good; nice sized room, enormous balcony, decent pool area with small pool. Lovely outside breakfast area; shaded in the morning. Good breakfast spread. Hotel doesn’t seem massive so has a nice small feel about it. Room 411 with large Balcony & Sea View. But outside light not working & told that the hotel ‘doesn’t have outside lights’. Shame. Attractive infinity pool area with 3 cabanas, more than enough sun beds & sturdy umbrellas. La Rita bar for drinks & snacks. Central location for shops, restaurants, beach & train station 5mins walk . Two supermarkets next door. Town has some really nice Plazas and real restaurants

Updated review. Location excellent in walking distance to facilities within torremolinas.. Hotel ok tired in parts especially bedroom. No outside terrace light advised they'll looking into issue. Updated review. Location excellent in walking distance to facilities within torremolinas.. Hotel ok tired in parts especially bedroom. No outside terrace light advised they'll looking into issue. Breakfast good. Pool facilities from what I saw good always full. House keeping Sandra first class. Reception staff exceptional. If any issues occurred they will try to fix it if not they would explain. Was a issue with our room due to a smell drains or Aircon unsure. They did try to fix it. In the end plugin kind off work as my husband said. I would certainly consider returning not to that room 410 or a room on 2nd floor that was really dark. Yes we were able to move rooms in a matter of seconds from 2nd floor to 4th floor. Yes our back up room had a horrible smell Finally, First class staffing a credit to this hotel. Oh by the way. We booked and paid for a superior room.
