Been back here a few times now and can't fault the service and the friendliness of all the staff including the cleaners, never had a bad time here and great value for money. Always has a good atmosphere and happy to keep going back. Close to everything and some nice walks along the front

Great powerful shower good entertainment This is the second time we've stayed here great location for the old town 🥰bars restaurants and a fantastic stroll in benalmadina such a shame we fetched the British weather of rain with us so rain coats again🫣

We were delayed a couple of hours due to the international IT outage but the EasyJet flight went off without any other issues. We contacted our transfer company (Holiday Taxis) to let them know of the delay but they were already aware and assured us that there would be no problems upon arrival to Malaga. Arrived at Malaga airport about 12.30am expecting our pre-booked transport to be waiting for us but no - we had to wait an hour for our driver to arrive. So now we are 3 hours late! We arrived at the apartments/ hotel about 1.30am and were greeted by a really pleasant gentleman on reception who swiftly booked us in. Room 3032 is on the third floor facing a pleasant side street with some nice cafes. All rooms have a balcony. Ours was a studio apartment with comfortable huge bed - pillows not great. A newly refurbished bathroom, kitchen and dining area. There is a safe for which you pay €20 returnable deposit plus €3 per day. The cleaner comes into the rooms daily and makes the bed - nothing else as far as we could see. Doesn’t even tidy the towels on the rail or wipe the sink down! We booked B&B - breakfast served until 11am. Nice selection of cheeses, meats, pastries, fruits etc. There is a nice pool with a garden area where there are umbrellas and plastic beds. Very surprisingly you have to pay €3 per day for each bed if you want to use the hotel sun-beds. I have never heard of a hotel charging guests to use their beds and it gets absolutely packed so not great for us but a nice little earner for the hotel. Sun-beds on the beach were €8 each. There are some nice cafes in the side street next to the hotel which we used for lunch and happy hour 7pm-9pm for Aperol Spritz at a very cheap €5. The pool bar at the hotel isn’t up to much in regard of food. The location of this hotel is superb. It’s a short walk to the arcades, bars and kebab shops but far enough away to forget they are there, particularly if you walk in the opposite direction. There are some nice shops in the side streets in the opposite direction to the arcades etc. There is a lift available to the town which costs 50c each but it’s not a difficult walk up the steps as there are plenty of nice little shops to browse on your way up. All in all, Torremolinos was a nice surprise to us as we had heard mixed opinions but we would come back.
