Great little all inclusive, loved the garden and pond area, music by pool was far too loud some days that you had to shout to each other. Food not too bad made use of the microwave... Decided to purchase bottles of wine, at a good price, as was much better than the AI wine offered. Room could do with some tlc but everything was clean.

“Great Hitel”

Just home from a brilliant short break at this hotel Lovely and clean, food lovely and plenty choice, great food at the pool bar throughout the day. Just home from a brilliant short break at this hotel Lovely and clean, food lovely and plenty choice, great food at the pool bar throughout the day. We’ll situated , shirt walk to the beach and shops/bars. Close to the airport so short transfer. If I had to find a negative if would be the beds, very uncomfortable, didn’t get a good sleep at all. Could only have been our room , obviously don’t know what other rooms were like. Knew the hotel was full so didn’t approach staff at this. So can’t fault the hotel as didn’t make them aware of it. Only found one unhelpful member of staff on reception. Middle aged man was not willing to call and find out out return transfer for us. Just tried again afew hours later and a younger man in reception was only to happy to help. Apart from that, all staff were great. We will definitely be back and take our grandchildren Overall a brilliant hotel in all respects

Having previously stayed in this hotel we came back for a 3 night stay with All Inclusive. Having previously stayed in this hotel we came back for a 3 night stay with All Inclusive. Late check in at 3.30 with no effort from the not so charming middle aged male receptionist to get us in earlier. Promo room booked rather basic with no balcony. Toilet with small shower cubicle. Mattress very soft & make sure to ask for extra pillows. Views towards the car parking & adjacent building. Nothing much!! The good bit is the All Inclusive does its job. Food is nice with decent variety and unlimited drinks all day long whether in the pool or with meals. Snacks included in the pool area. Pool area bit overcrowded but to be expected during the summer months. Would probably return but book a standard room with All Inclusive. Btw not a 4* in my humble opinion.

“Ok, but not for me”

Booked this hotel as a packaged short break with the wife. Arrived at hotel around 10.15am told we can’t check in until 11am.(grumpy desk clerk who thought we should have known that). Booked this hotel as a packaged short break with the wife. Arrived at hotel around 10.15am told we can’t check in until 11am.(grumpy desk clerk who thought we should have known that). We never had this on any of our other package holidays, but it’s only 45 mins wait. Come back around midday to be given our all inclusive wristbands but told we have to come again at 3pm to get our room. 3pm arrives and it’s complete carnage at reception. There seems to be people late checking out and people arriving. After probably about an hour we get our room this time by a very nice, happy help receptionist. Room was clean and tidy, what I’d expect for cheap short stay. BUT right outside our room is where the hotel puts all its waste, the staff sit outside on their smoke breaks. Dust carts pull at 6am to remove rubbish twice in our 4 night stay. Clean linen Lorries on early morning deliveries. It’s a big hotel these would last rooms I’d hire out. Maybe they were but I doubt it. As a couple we were having a few days off work and away from the kids to relax . This hotel had other ideas. They appear to take a lot of school/kids club bookings. There were several groups of 20 plus children staying at the hotel. As you can imagine they were all very excited and active. So there was a lot of noise in the corridors early in the morning which didn’t wake us up as the deliveries outside already had. Around the pool it can be carnage when there a couple of the kids groups in the pool. Also there was also a group of around 20 Dutch stags. They were well behaved, just group lad behaviour. The only way to get away from it was to relocate away from the pool on the grass down the bank. Communal toilet from the gents side were clean . My wife found the ladies to be a in a disgusting state on a couple of occasions so only used our room. There lots of subbed but there are also a lot of broken ones. The plastic support underneath are snapped and can pinch your skin when sitting on them. Food was what ok and to be expected for a buffet all inclusive. Would I return, for me it’s a no because it’s not what we are use to . This hotel is mainly aimed at Spanish guest on their holidays and groups of children.
