I have stayed in this hotel on numerous occasions and have never been disappointed. The staff are exceptional. For example Carlos was always able to remember my room number. While the staff on the day of my arrival were able to change my room to one o previously stayed in with no fuss. They even gave me a drink voucher so I could have a drink while waiting for it to be cleaned. It was my request to move rooms so they shouldn’t need to give me anything! Yet they did. The hotel grounds are well maintained and peaceful. I enjoy that the hotel is out of the way do to speak.

excellent property but limited sea access and view . their breakfast spread is amazing . the coffee e in the room and at the breakfast is top quality. the packed breakfast they gave in the middle of the night was very good

“Lovely hotel, But needs adults only pool area!”

Good hotel, peaceful most of the time, but the hotel really need to make the middle pool adults only!!!! We are here currently and only for a few important days to unwind from a really stressful period, kids screaming round EVERY pool! We have kids and have no issue with them being at the hotel … more

Good hotel, peaceful most of the time, but the hotel really need to make the middle pool adults only!!!! We are here currently and only for a few important days to unwind from a really stressful period, kids screaming round EVERY pool! We have kids and have no issue with them being at the hotel but for a 5 star resort the hotel really needs to remember that not all of us have or want kids being noisy around us, it’s totally unfair and not a relaxing environment at all! How hard is it to make one pool adults only? There is nowhere else to go so it’s not like we have a choice to sit somewhere more quiet! This is our 2nd visit to the hotel and we would want to return but feel the hotel needs to take everyone’s needs in to consideration, we have all paid a lot of money to be here and feel like some peace and quiet shouldn’t be an upgrade, it should come as standard. The staff are all very professional and friendly, rooms are great and food excellent! But if you come without kids expecting some peace you may want to bring some noise cancelling headphones or seek an alternative resort.

“Not a 5 star hotel”

This is a normal 4 star hotel and not a 5 star hotel. The bed was warn down and the bathroom can do with an upgrade. The pools are cold. There were ants in the bathroom. The rooms are big but wery basic.
