- Excellent location - Roof top pool and bar are great - Great breakfast, lots of selection and a very good standard - Beach right across the road, if you want to switch it up from the pool - Rooms are fine, but certain areas looking abit tired, particularly in the bathroom area. - Beds are rock hard like a table, if you like a very firm bed then great. We stayed for 3 nights on a girls trip and I would certainly stay in this hotel again. It was great for what we wanted it for.

I do not understand the negative reviews about this hotel. We stayed from the 23rd June for 5 days. We stayed on the 8th floor with a sea view. The room was clean, bed comfy, fresh towels and cleaned everyday. One thing we were impressed with, was my husband went back to our room when housekeeping were cleaning it and he was made to swipe the room card to prove it was our room. The food was lovely, I don’t think I’ve stayed at a hotel, that offers Cava for breakfast. The hotel staff were fantastic and friendly, they even booked me a mobility scooter. Reception, bar staff, restaurant staff and housekeeping could not do enough for us. Yes, sometimes you have to wait for the lift for a while, but that’s no different to any other hotel we’ve stayed in. Also, people complaining about paying for the use of a safe, this is also normal at hotels. The area is flat, with plenty of Supermarkets, restaurants, bars and places to have an ice cream. It was lovely to wake up to the swifts flying around and you get used to the parakeets, it adds to the atmosphere. We will return for a longer stay! Thank you for making our stay fantastic.

I stayed here for 5 nights recently with my 16 year old daughter and her friend. We had 2 rooms and booked via On The Beach. Rules around number of people in one room are unclear, On The Beach class 16 year olds as children and told us that we could share 1 room, but the hotel class 16 year olds as adults so I had to pay for a second room. Worth double checking both sides if you have 16 and 17 year olds in your group. Breakfast is great, well worth including in your booking. Views are stunning if your hotel room is front facing. I was worried about street noise, but when the room sliding door is closed, you can hardly hear anything. Shower and toilet are very small, if you have a big bum and big boobs like me then be aware that there is very little room when sitting if you know what I mean! Toilet and shower are behind half frosted glass, there is no bathroom door as such, so you’ll need to be comfortable with whomever you’re sharing a room with. Really comfy bed. Roof pool nice but small, sunbeds limited. Towel hire available at £1.50 per day. Some bits of the room were a little worn, paintwork, tiles, but overall really clean and functional and I would return.

The hotel looks lovely from outside and in the reception area, don't be fooled. Rooms are very small. No privacy at all as there is only a glass door separating the bedroom from the toilet pan and shower. The wash hand basin is in the bedroom. There is nowhere to hang dresses or trousers. There is only 3 small drawers and hanging space for shirts or tops. No glasses in the room only brown paper cups which are not replenished every day. The food is awful. Very poor selection and all lukewarm. No iron available only a laundry service.
