The apartment has everything you could possibly need while you are on holidays but they are very dated could do with updating the beds are so comfortable you will get great night sleeps.the hotel is very family orientated which I loved no loud noises at night time.i thoroughly enjoyed my stay here and will be returning again.the staff at the pool are amazing thank you to all the wonderful staff at Nuriasol for making my families stay so enjoyable 👏

Ok, listen, would I recommend staying at this hotel if you can afford nicer? Absolutely not. The only reason I can fathom staying here is because you're on a budget. Ok, listen, would I recommend staying at this hotel if you can afford nicer? Absolutely not. The only reason I can fathom staying here is because you're on a budget. Personally, I have five weddings to go to this year and in an attempt not to go bankrupt celebrating the love of my wealthier friends, I've had to make some compromises. This hotel, was one such compromise. So let's discuss. My boyfriend and I arrived in the middle of the night due to a delayed flight. First impressions: The lobby is nice, it's spacious, clean and tastefully (if minimally) decorated. The receptionist that checked us in was pleasant, though he did ask us if we're absolutely sure that we just wanted one bed, I assured him we weren't business partners and he seemed amiably enough about it. After a fairly detailed explanation concerning the hotels schematics and floor plans he sent us on our merry way to our room on the fifth floor. Unfortunately. the aforementioned room had no electricity. After the receptionist eventually came up to the room, tried the card, and agreed that there was in fact, no electricity, he brought us to a second room, several floors below. I feel it's important here to note that there was no apology, just a shrug as he pointed out that the keys weren't working this week. The new room on the ground floor, had electricity which was welcome, however, the empty shampoo bottle, cigarette butt on the floor and blood on the bedcovers, was not. Also the aircon didn't work. We waited till the morning to request a further room change because at that point it was 5 a.m. and my boyfriend was fully unconscious (the crime scene bedcover having been moved to the floor first). It bears noting here that I wouldn't recommend a room on the ground floor. It's only a few paces from the pool and sun loungers so there is absolutely no privacy. If we even opened the curtains to our bedroom it was in direct eyeline of the downstairs' bartender. I spoke with a new receptionist the next morning and pointed out the myriad of issues. She took it all in a worryingly, seasoned stride which indicated that this was an entirely common customer experience. She told us to come back in two hours and that she would try to find us a different room. Once again there was no apology. By 2p.m we were finally transplanted to our third and final room. This room was much improved with lovely views of the mountains and the pool, as opposed to the front of the hotel where views are of a local soccer pitch and traffic. This room was fine overall, relatively clean, though the floor left something to be desired. However, occasion, the bathroom would smell terribly. This seemed to be an issue with the pipes as the smell would be preceded by an ominous gurgling that would ring throughout the apartment. Some room good points: 1.The bed was comfortable. 2.The aircon worked well and robustly. 3.The kitchen appliances were convenient and large. 4.The balcony was enormous. Miscellaneous: 1. The staff can be quite rude, my mum ordered a taxi through reception and when she asked how long it might take to arrive the receptionist replied saying "I don't know, I'm not a taxi". My brother, oddly, was once chastised for taking too many napkins from the bar. 2. The elevators run quickly and are plentiful. 3. The women at the pool runs the area like the military but has very little English. This is understandable but since most of the guests are English speakers it meant I observed her gesturing somewhat wildly and repeating the same simple words over and over to guests who were baffled at what they had done to attract her ire. 4. There are a lot of sun loungers, even if the side garden resembles a construction site and has a skip. 5. The housekeeping staff were very friendly and helpful. To reiterate, overall, I enjoyed my stay at this hotel, once the first traumatic night was over. I realised when I booked budget accommodation that I shouldn't expect excellent service. If you can only afford to stay here, then by all means, stay here. If you can afford better, then stay there.
