“Property exceeded my expectation.”
Beautiful property on the Mediterranean Sea. Great location. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was large with a balcony and views. Great food on the buffet in the restaurant. Good entertainment in the bar area. Would stay again.

I stayed here as part of a tour group. I did not know what to expect. It is a resort. It has all the amenities you would need. Beautiful beachfront location. Very good food. Nice pool area. Lots of activities at the hotel. Great staff. I really enjoyed my stay

Our third stay at H10 Estepona Palace and yet again a wonderful 4 weeks. The accommodations, restaurants are first class and the food is varied and always perfectly prepared. The hotel is relaxed, well presented and clean throughout. All the hotel staff are outstanding, always kind and very friendly and go out of their way to make us so welcome. Perfectly located by the beaches and just a short walk to the marina in Estepona. Special mentions for Ezio, who keeps everyone smiling, Jaime and Jesus the entertainers and Antonio and José in the Thalassa terrace. We’ll be back!

Beautiful hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Rooms were very nice. The large buffet dining room was noisy which I found. Tiring about the food was very good. I was with the Road Scholar group and our waitress, Carman H. was very helpful. The outdoor pools were beautiful although the cold weather made it less appealing. I would have appreciated the gymnasium to have more availability. Access to the beach was very good and the beautiful paved walking and running trail was great.

We travelled as a family of 12 (6 adults and 6 children) for two special occasions. The hotel is lovely, very scenic, with beautifully clean bedrooms. However, it is not child friendly. If your children enjoy having fun in the swimming pool whilst on holiday, this is not the place to stay! The hotel was full of retired couples, it was like a nursing home at feeding times 😂 Unfortunately, during our stay there were also around 30 footballers staying. They walked around like they owned the place, and cleared the restaurant of food each time they visited! Pushing in to use the lift when we had a buggy and needed to use the list.... my sister and I were queuing at reception for around 20 minutes to enquire about something, and obtain the tennis table equipment for our children, and a footballer pushed to the front and asked for the equipment....when we confronted the man behind reception to advise we had been waiting, he couldnt care less. In fact, the security guard stood behind the whole time laughing, and carried on laughing when we asked him why he thought it was so funny!? Im sure if we werent two young women alone, he wouldnt have been laughing in our faces!! Honestly, I cannot believe how awful he was! Unfortunately, this was not the first time we had experienced rude staff during our 4 day stay. We also encountered a very unprofessional life guard, who also had the same sniggering attitude as the said security guard. It really put us off letting our children play in the pool, I felt so anxious about them splashing or making a noise...honestly if the children laughed he was straight over to tell them off! It made us feel so uneasy, how these men still have their jobs is beyond me!! I have travelled around the world, and stayed in lots of beautiful hotels/and never in my 40 years of life been treated like this, maybe they thought we werent worthy of staying because we werent over the age of 75!? I would have put 1 star, but because the hotel was so beautiful, and the bedrooms were so clean they deserved more. (However the beds were awful, really hard and lumpy). Also, its worth noting that the indoor pool is in the spa, and is for over 16's only. This was not noted when we booked the hotel, luckily it was gorgeous weather when we stayed. (I was also told that you have to pay to use the indoor pool).
