Went for a Zumba/Yoga retreat for a long weekend with a group of 22 people, the hotel only hosted us and did not hold the retreat. We were given an area by the pool to hold our activities, this was a nice area although knowing it was being used they could have swept up and moved some umbrella holders, not a deal breaker but as they hotel was quiet I'm sure someone could have done this. The hotel itself is nice enough, more of a business stay over than a holiday hotel. No evening entertainment and a small bar which did food, we all ate using the bar and was happy with the food. Cocktails to knock your head off. Breakfast in the restaurant was basic but all very nice. For an extra charge you can use the spa facility's, pool/steam room/sauna, all very relaxing but I do think at least one visit should be included in your stay. You also need to buy a swim hat at 2 euros. The general area is a little rundown, a few restaurants walking distance, and some supermarkets close by for snacks and drinks. Beach is about 10 min walk and you do need to manoeuvre a few very busy roads and railings, or take the long way which takes about 25 mins. The beach isn't all that pretty if I'm being honest. All in all, clean and tidy hotel, needs a few tweaks but it was end of season and they were closing soon, hopefully they will be done for next season. Don't stay here for a summer holiday, but great for business travellers.

The hotel is rated officially a superior 4 star by TUI but only because it has a spa. Without that it is just a good 3 star business hotel. The hotel rooms are clean, as is the pool, dining and bar area. The staff are friendly and helpful but the hotel is clearly understaffed, especially the lounge… more

The hotel is rated officially a superior 4 star by TUI but only because it has a spa. Without that it is just a good 3 star business hotel. The hotel rooms are clean, as is the pool, dining and bar area. The staff are friendly and helpful but the hotel is clearly understaffed, especially the lounge bar. The buffet breakfast is pretty standard with a very limited hot food option, which is often lukewarm. The evening meal selection and food quality for half board guests is much better. The main problem with this hotel is it's location, right next to a very busy and very noisy dual carriageway and roundabout intersection. It is also nowhere near Estepona, which is a 30 minute bus ride or 10-15 minute taxi ride away. The nearest beach is about 10-12 minute walk away, across a footbridge over the busy dual carriageway. This is not a beach holiday hotel. It's fine for a business trip or as a base to explore the region by car.

Hotel clean and tidy but in wrong location for holiday. More like business hotel. We looked at mini roundabout all holiday. Massive lorries and concrete mixers from early morning. No where to go . Small village lovely but quite a walk . Lidl and Burger King near hotel ! Luckily Lidl as no bar open after 7pm in hotel. Fixed set menu for half board which has to be booked and not until 8pm . We went once .
