“Overall a good experience, but could be better.”
Stayed for a week in a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment. Good stuff: - Room has plenty of storage for clothes/toiletries/etc, plenty of space, and good bathrooms. - Swimming pool is well kept and convenient to reach - there were plenty of deck chairs and shade and a nearby bar. - Spa is excellent.… more
Stayed for a week in a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment. Good stuff: - Room has plenty of storage for clothes/toiletries/etc, plenty of space, and good bathrooms. - Swimming pool is well kept and convenient to reach - there were plenty of deck chairs and shade and a nearby bar. - Spa is excellent. Has all you need - jacuzzi, cold plunge, sauna, beds - and easy to book. Towels are included. - Reception staff are friendly and helpful. - Plenty of free parking around the hotel and general area - only the garage requires payment. Okay: - Wi-Fi is free and somewhat easy to access, but it can be spotty at times and I did have to log in multiple times. - The gym has enough to get a good workout in, and has a great view of the surrounding area/mountains. You won't find a lot of people there around midday/afternoon. However, some of the cardio machines were not working, and it could benefit from pull up and dip bars to make it more complete. Bad: - Keycards. We had to get them replaced a few times as they would stop working and there would be no way in to the room. Reception staff were helpful in replacing them, though it would be better if it wasn't an issue. - Our room came with some issues - non-working door locks, door handle that wasn't screwed in, loose toilet seat - which should have been fixed prior to our arrival. - The twin single beds are uncomfortable and do not have blankets/duvets unless you ask for them in reception.

Pros apartments was very spacious with large balcony Pool was well kept and plenty of space Cons No food onsite between 10.30am-7.30pm - pool bar does not serve any food and nearest supermarket is a 10 min taxi away (not walkable) The “snack bar” is a press with some random items which closes from 12.30pm onwards and “cannot be opened” No shops or anything in walking distance Taxi to and from nearest beaches/towns is €15e each way
