Absolutely loved this experience and we are well travelled. Staff could not do enough. Shout out to Maria TUI helping us find our passports and just being awesome. Also Gary TUI, who is so knowledgeable of the area. Thanks for that. Shout out to Rai and Kelinde and the day entertainment staff for putting up with our bad dancing and just being so friendly. Shoutout to the reception staff 👍🏽 Comfort and location fab. Right over the beach so when you look out from the pool you look straight to the horizon. Could one ever get bored with the glittering water and fabulous sunrises. Well located for local public transport. Quiet hotel so not for the party type in November, but that was right up our street. Happy with room and our view. What hotel has a lift down to the beach? Adults only, Well done Tui, could not fault for its price point and given we have stayed in a hotel at £880 per night in Zanzibar (if booked independently, we booked by agent so not sure what they paid) , we feel qualified to say that for its type, this hotel was well worth it.

“The magnificent care given to me when I took ill”

Everything about the hotel was first class with exception of soundproofing between rooms as you could hear people talking in a normal voice when they were in the next room. I took I’ll on holiday and the hotel staff were magnificent. The Tui reps, particularly Gary, went out of their way to ensure I was well looked after. I can’t thank them all enough.

“A lovely bit of winter sun!”

First visit to this hotel and area. We loved everything about our holiday. Yes, the rooms are a little tired, shower temperature variable, floor boards creaky, and sun loungers uncomfortable and need replacing. But there is a lot to like here too. First visit to this hotel and area. We loved everything about our holiday. Yes, the rooms are a little tired, shower temperature variable, floor boards creaky, and sun loungers uncomfortable and need replacing. But there is a lot to like here too. Great location, super walk along the front to harbour and beyond. Food, we really enjoyed it. Loads of choice and lovely fruit and salad. Staff, really pleasant and helpful. Hotel very clean and rooms cleaned daily. The entertainment is pretty poor and needs to start earlier in winter months. It's dark at 6pm and no entertainment til 9pm means lots of hanging around. For a quick winter getaway, this is a super hotel and despite the niggles, we would definitely return.

“Disappointing visit”

Our third visit and sadly won’t return until bathrooms are refurbished. Water dripped constantly from ceiling onto us when we showered. Bought cheap flip flops to wear in shower complained three times nobody took any notice. Could feel springs coming through mattress it wasn’t replaced just had top… more

Our third visit and sadly won’t return until bathrooms are refurbished. Water dripped constantly from ceiling onto us when we showered. Bought cheap flip flops to wear in shower complained three times nobody took any notice. Could feel springs coming through mattress it wasn’t replaced just had topper put on. Then water came through ceiling in room entrance twice. Hotel doesn’t look after returning customers.The location is fantastic for getting around and hotel areas easily accessible as I have mobility issues.
