Outstanding 3 star hotel. Our room was impeccably clean, all the staff are wonderful and very helpful and our breakfast choices were plentiful. Although we visited out of season, they still had nightly shows on for its clients. The only downside in my opinion is that it is situated up a hill, known locally as cardiac hill but it didn't detract from our stay here.

“Great hotel”

Great hotel. Reception staff very helpful. Friendly staff throughout the hotel. We found the food to be excellent - Always hot and a good selection. The hotel was spotlessly clean throughout. Overall an excellent hotel to spend a week and will return.

Stayed in this hotel in November 2024 just got back this Wednesday and I can honestly say it was one of best hotels I’ve stayed at when holiday it was clean and modern and bonus the rooms actually look like the pictures given (unlike some hotels that show updated rooms but you never see when there) The staff was Amazing very friendly and informative when asked questions We didn’t use the pool as we aren’t pool people so can’t really comment on it We went half board and the drinks were cheap enough at dinner time it didn’t really impact the budget at all we did find the 7 up tasted a bit like perfume , breakfast you got given a choice of juice, water coffee which is included in half board at breakfast time, the food at breakfast and dinner was amazing you got given plenty of choices for everything even dessert we found it was varied on nights so not much repeat on main meals the view from our hotel room was a bonus we wasn’t expecting a sea and marina view as we hadn’t paid for it but thankful we was given one when booked (think this was because of out of season) the hill outside can be daunting but if you take your time it was ok, but if not taxis up to it are that dear around 5 euro from the marina air conditioning doesn’t work in November but we found it wasn’t really needed with the balcony door open the lifts were never a long wait unless you caught them at check out time (this is to be expected as they are quite small so would only fit two people with suitcases) the rooms were cleaned everyday and housekeeping did an excellent job overall it was an excellent stay and would definitely recommend it Thank you hotel Bali

Fantastic 3 star hotel! If your looking for a great 3 Star, this is perfect! Plenty of water, hot/cold drinks and snacks in the All Inclusive room. Only need to go to the bar for Alcohol. Food is fantastic. Fresh meat, ships, salad and the ham hock (Pork) is to die for! No English bacon but … more

Fantastic 3 star hotel! If your looking for a great 3 Star, this is perfect! Plenty of water, hot/cold drinks and snacks in the All Inclusive room. Only need to go to the bar for Alcohol. Food is fantastic. Fresh meat, ships, salad and the ham hock (Pork) is to die for! No English bacon but you struggle getting this in a 4 star! I would recommend taking a water bottle and coffee mug as the cups are very small. Plenty of sunbeds and a separate adults area. Benalmadena itself is lovely. Warning: Watch out for pickpockets! Mainland Spain is full of thief's at the moment. We had a wallet stolen and someone else at the hotel had her person stolen. Both from Handbags!
