Had a lovely holiday hotel very nice & clean clean towels every day food was nice I mainly had salads as I am a celiac had gluten free bread & muffins would be nice if they had cereals, pool side could do with updating too much muddy grass would be better if they got rid of it ,all the reception & bar areas have all beening revamped looks lovely, will definitely go back in fact ive booked for next year

We were halfboard due to a lot of outside restaurants closed for season.We are not fussy eaters but the choice was so poor we had to eat out most nights. The only decent food on offer was christmas night They put on a nice spread but that seemed to blow the weeks budget! 4 nights there was nothing I could put on my plate not even decent chips. Had to go to Mcdonalds. So disappointing paying the money we did for half board when we had to eat out .Never again due to the food. j mclaren

Positives: Very clean hotel. The cleaning staff work hard and are friendly if you make an effort to speak to them. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms are as you would expect for a 3 * hotel. Clean, comfortable beds, no fridge which was unusual as I have always had a fridge in my room in all other 3 * hotels. Plenty of wardrobe space, shower very good, balcony which overlooked the car park. The breakfast was good with all the usual options..bacon, eggs, English sausage, pastries, pancakes and the continental hams, cheese etc, always fruit on offer and coffee machine and juice machine. Negatives: Bar staff and restaurant staff could not raise a smile and it seemed they really did not want to be there. I waited at the bar for 3 minutes to be served while the bar tender stood texting or something on their mobile phone. Another time I asked for a cocktail and the staff member wandered around, very slowly looking in drawers etc for something they said they needed to make the cocktail. After 5 minutes I gave up and told them not to bother. Dinner in the evenings was ok. Not a great deal of choice but always found something to eat, even if the plate of food was a bit of a weird mix. Warning if you like desserts. They are the same every day and there is no effort gone into these at all. You get a choice of ice cream, cold rice pudding, little squares of extremely sweet cake or thin, cold custard in a little jar (reminded me of baby food jars). My room was on the opposite side of the hotel to the pool and when I asked if I could switch rooms to the pool side I was told I would need to pay an extra 15 Euros a night as those rooms had a kettle and a fridge. I didn't bother. Would I return to this hotel? Probably not.

Just come back from a week for my mothers birthday package holiday from easyJet lovely hotel had a great week cleaners work very hard and all staff was very friendly to us even had a early check in was a bonus as we had a early flight, few down falls for us our room 508 very noisy due to morning delivery’s and the refurbished so meant couldn’t sit out on balcony for long wqs a skip being filled with rubbish from the refurb and blankets on the bed was very itchy surely duvets would be a better match these days and no kettle or fridge which meant we couldn’t keep anything cool wanted £40’euros a week for the use of a fridge, would think this day and age they would be standard we did ask about a upgrade as it was a birthday week but for extra £100 euros for a kettle and diffrent room we thought that be better spent on exploring not a problem the great benalmadena done us well. We was half board food times was like stampede so we didn’t stay in there for long did try many different times but was like it no matter what time we went down for dinner or breakfast, would we stay again yes but would need to be a few changes for that but did enjoy our week thank you
