I think this hotel is very good. Any staff we had dealings with were very professional and helpful. We were all inclusive and ate in the restaurant 3 times a day and always found something to suit our taste. As with all self service restaurants the food can be a bit on the cool side but there are two microwaves available where you can easily heat it up. There is a good bar area open from 11am each day. There is also a lovely pool area. The bed was definitely the most comfortable hotel bed I have ever slept on and the shower was also good. The bathroom is very compact but adequate. As seems to be the norm now in all hotels, there is very little space to store you clothes but we managed. Only small complaint is that I felt the charge for the room safe was on the high side as they are electronic. Recently some of the hotel we have stayed in don’t charge for the safe. You do get a key that goes on the inside of the safe and needs to be returned on day of departure or you lose your deposit. If your mobility is not very good it is maybe not the best hotel for you as it is on quite a steep hill.

The hotel was very clean.The staff were all excellent including the receptionist who facilitated birthday treats delivered free if charge to my Mum's room for her 91st birthday. I enjoyed the food there was an abundance of choice, we were all inclusive. I felt the choice of alcoholic drinks on all inclusive to be rather limited and would have liked more than two cocktails to be included. Access to the restaurant for people with mobility issues is difficult although we were aware of this when we booked but the reality for us did prove more difficult than we thought it would be largely due to access being either down a flight of stairs which mum struggles with or via an external path which during the heavy rain was impossible to use either with mum's walking frames or her hired mobility scooter, the scooter can't be left in the rain and mum's too slow to walk the distance without getting soaked . For this reason we wouldn't visit again , had the weather been more clement then it would have worked fine. The entertainment was mixed, not all to my taste but at least there was something going on and everyone seemed to be having a good time. We really enjoyed the holiday and if there was a lift or a even a stair lift ( chair) we would undoubtedly book again. Thank you Palmasol for looking after us so well. “Great hotel in excellent location”
Arrived yesterday - lovely hotel with friendly staff in a great location. Tips -if you like us enjoy a drink in our room or on balcony - bring glasses & corkscrew. Also beach towels are very expensive to hire so bring your own. Lovely walks to bars etc

“Decent hotel not sure about all inclusive option”
The hotel is in a good location and is very clean and modern however there were large queues for breakfast and dinner at low season so id worry about this in high season. The hotel is in a good location and is very clean and modern however there were large queues for breakfast and dinner at low season so id worry about this in high season. Every drink, coffee, snack and meal is logged via wristband which is frustrating for guests and staff also by looks of it. Quality and range of food is limited so I wouldn't go all inclusive if I was there again as better options in local restaurants at better value probably. A good place just to stay though.
