Thank you yet again for a fantastic holiday, Still simply the best hotel, we felt like family as we returned for the 2nd time this year. Wonderful staff ,nothing too much trouble for them and food excellent both at breakfast and dinner, with lots of choices. Everywhere spotlessly clean.We would definitely recommend .Bus stops near by ,trains 30 minutes walk uphill, Special thanks to Patricia and all her staff for all your kindness.Hope to see you all again next year

Lovely stylish beach front hotel. Very clean and modern, with rooms being cleaned daily. Air conditioning, tea and coffee, a free safe for valuables, and free beach towels provided in the room. Lovely stylish beach front hotel. Very clean and modern, with rooms being cleaned daily. Air conditioning, tea and coffee, a free safe for valuables, and free beach towels provided in the room. We only had breakfast in the hotel, but great choice of hot and cold food on offer. Lively bar with evening entertainment. Cheap regular buses run along the beach front to Fuengirola, Torremolinos and Malaga. The nearest train station, Arroyo de la Miel is approx 30 minutes (at a stroll) but is up hill. We loved staying in the hotel, but found the area a little quiet. Some bars and restaurants closed, probably due to time of year. Our preference would be to stay nearer the marina if we were to visit again.

Just returned from another amazing stay at this fantastic hotel been going 3 times a year for over 15 years and can’t praise it high enough. Staff are so friendly and welcoming, rooms are exceptionally nice with constant supply of clean towels and bedding and cleaned daily. The food is amazing excellent selection goin at both breakfast and evening meal with every taste catered for. First class entertainment each evening, with really good artist giving a good varied selection of music. Not to forget happy hour each evening at 5 till 6 where it’s two drinks for price of one. The sky bar is lovely to sit and read through day or if you are lucky there are a few sun beds too, but there are ample beds round the pool area and towels provided. Highly recommend and can’t wait to return in February

For a few years our friends had extolled the quality of this hotel and its surrounding area. We agreed to go with them this year. They worried that we would not have the same opinion as they did. There was no need to worry, the hotel and its location lived up to their recommendation. A seven storey hotel situated across the road from the beach. The rooms were of a good standard. Our room 325 overlooked the pool area. Those on the other side looked out onto the next door buildings. What struck us the most was the quality of the staff. Welcoming would be an understatement. Our friends had not been back for a while yet were still remembered. You could clearly see the reason they returned as many times as they did. This was a recurring theme. I have never been in a hotel where the staff welcomed people like long lost friends. It was also true that many people were returning for their second or third visit of the year. The restaurant was organised well with the dinner served buffet style. Plenty of variety. I had been disappointed by the desserts at other Spanish hotels but not this one . Ice cream , fruit, flans and even rice pudding my favourite. Breakfast was of an equal quality. Something we witnessed was people queing at the door to the pool area which opened at 09:30 . They would put their towels down and then go to breakfast. It was a minority of people and there were still plenty of beds available. Evening entertainment consisted of a live show in the main bar or a drink at the Sky bar on the 7th floor which had a great view of the sea front and the hills behind. The beach was a better option. two sunbeds and a parasol for 14 euros. Various beach bars/restaurants which provided good food. There were plenty of bars along the seafront on the way to the marina where even more bars were situated. One kiosk bar sold bags of bread for 1 euro which you could feed the fish while you had a drink. Back at the hotel they had a Happy Hour. Not half price drinks instead you got two for the price of one. Some couples drinking the same thing just ordered for one person. We got a bus to Mijas for 3 euros 40. no way of judging where the bus would stop so it was a bit of a battle to get on. Mijas was worth the journey. We also went to Arroyo de la Miel easily walkable from our hotel where we found a remarkably cheap bar called the Fortune bar. Closer to home and just a short walk from our hotel was Parque de Paloma an lovely laid out piece of land with a lake, cactus garden and water Lily pond perfect for a bit of forest bathing. One day we took the ferry to Fuengirola. A nice trip Fuengirola was OK but Belamedina was much better. I don't think it will be too long before we too return to this lovely part of Spain.
