“New year celebration in the sun”
Hotel was lovely, staff were lovely, and New Year’s Eve gala was brilliant, hotel done well with free bar all night until 3am then served hot chocolate,definitely will return, hotel up a steep hill but your room key gives you access from main road,

“Nice polite staff food good hotel out dated in places”
Hotel rooms was out dated and need some tlc i.e cracked tiles, chipped tiles, wardrobes chipped. Hopefully will be updated in winter months. Staff was very welcoming and always polite, food was good and was a variety of food something to please everyone.

“Lovely hotel but eat elsewhere maybe.”
On arrival they did upgrade us to a premium room. Unfortunately someone had left half a broken charger in the electric socket, giving one of us a nasty electric shock when they touched it inadvertently. “Not very good 😕.”
Most of the food was cold unless you wanted to wait for the microwave. The staff was excellent and very helpful. Me and my mother in law are disabled and it was quite a walk from our room to the restaurant and reception. The main lifts are nowhere near the reception area so it was quite a walk awa… more
