This is our second time staying here and like the first time has been really enjoyable. The rooms are well equipped and very clean thanks to sandy who made sure our room was tidied every day. Slept well at night no rowdiness. The pool area indoor and outdoor is just beautiful it's so relaxing. Lots of choice on food at breakfast and evening meal. People are very friendly and welcoming. Beautiful is literally at the bottom of the hill along with the supermarket. Kids club with mini discos and kids activities. Only thing I could moan about is the entertainment in Bennys bar is horrendous not great at all. Thanks for a lovely week

Just got back from the hotel with my family and grandchildren, first of all will do all positives, the staff are absolutely amazing so polite and professional from cleaners to reception, the dining room staff are absolutely amazing they really deserve credit, Monica is truly special my granddaughter became ill on holiday with a throat infection, she even went to the bar to get her a ice lolly to soothe it even though it was only 830, a very special lady, this hotel is extra special for children especially the kids club which staff again fantastic, the hotel just needs modernising to todays standard for a 4 star, would say if you're couples or retired not really for you, but definitely the most family friendly hotel we ever been to, thankyou and keep your staff happy they deserve it, just a mention also chef in a morning the older one is so lovely always smiling

“Great family hotel”

Great hotel especially for families. The rooms are a good size and have a fridge,hob,kettle and microwave,iron etc Staff are very friendly especially Angel and Roman in restsurant. Kids club is popular. Gd heated indoor pool,games room,mini golf. Warning Hotel is up a steep hill

“Nice hotel but a bit run down”

On our first day we had a problem with our door. On our first day we had a problem with our door. Despite it being locked our 1 year was able to open it and run into the corridor and get to the stairwell where she could have fallen down the marble stairs. This was reported to Marcos, the reception manager. Maintenance was sent up quickly but we were told the door was not broken. I was puzzled, as our 1 year could easily open the door. I assumed this would be an issue for other families with young children. I spoke to Marcos again who said this was a health and safety feature. I stated I was not happy as this was not safe for our daughter. Marcos said he would come and have a look himself, but never did. We ended up putting a suitcase against the door to prevent our daughter leaving the room for first day and night. The next day, after having chased our daughter down the corridor a few times I decided to report the door again, thinking perhaps I was not being understood. The second maintenance man stated there was no problem with the lock but the soft close catch at the top of the door was broken. Once he repaired it the door was too heavy for our 1 year old to open. Problem solved and I was right the door was broken! However, the next day the catch broke again and needed to be repaired and then the following day the panel at the top of the door came off and door would not close at all. After spending 5 days dealing with the door, I was thoroughly fed up and asked to change rooms. The lady at reception, Valentina I believe, was very nice and asked if they could try to repair the door one last time. Maintenance came up and finally fixed the problem. For the first 5 days of our holiday I was constantly going to reception about the door. I felt like I was not being listened to and our daughter’s safety was not being prioritised. Surely if this had never been a problem you would think the hotel staff might be curious and diligently investigate? But this was not the case. It took 5 days to get the issue resolved which was unacceptable for a four star hotel. If we had been listened to on the first day then perhaps it would have been resolved more promptly. The children’s facilities were good but a bit run down. You could see the bare steel bars in some areas of soft play and the trampoline had no zip to secure the safety net. The indoor pool was a big hit with our son and we swam in it every day as the outdoor pool was a bit chilly. The cinema was out of order and the arcade also broke a couple of times which was disappointing for our son. All in all we did enjoy our stay at the hotel but unfortunately the door problems spoilt the experience. While I accept there may be maintenance problems during hotel stays due to fast turn around of rooms, the matter should have been dealt with more diligently. Although the hotel was nice we would not visit again as a result of this will experience.
