Me and my partner visited this hotel whilst I was 24 weeks pregnant. The hotel was stunning - beach/ sea views and very modern! Breakfast/lunch and dinner offered such a large variety and even catered for my dairy intolerance. The rooms were very spacious and again modern with great facilities (deposit box / toiletries / mini fridge) and a great balcony with sea view. Our room was spotless and a cleaner visited daily with new towels and change of bed sheets. ALL staff were super polite from cleaners to receptionists - all greeted you with a ‘hello’. The hotel has 2 pools (adults and children’s pool) I personally loved both. However the adults pool could do with a bit more music in the background. The children’s pool offers a slide and the entertainment staff hold daily activities. I joined in with the aqua fitness one day which was great. Both pools have bars which offers snacks / food. My favourite part of the hotel was the rooftop - this offered 3 jacuzzis and sunbeds. Perfect for getting the best tan! They also have a rooftop bar called Nix Bar which does some great strawberry daiquiri’s. It would be nice to be able to get some soft drinks from that bar though if all inclusive - save going down to the bar below and carrying them up. The hotel is situated right on a beach which is great for having a swim. Lovely sanded beach. Overall I was really impressed with the hotel and would highly recommend to anyone thinking of visiting.

“Nice hotel to end our tour of Spain in.”

Nice hotel. Great staff Lovely and clean Food in the restaurants, there was a good choice Set in a quiet area. Nice relaxed atmosphere. The staff were always helpful and nice. Restaurants always kept clean and tidy. Special themed food days. Italian, Thai, etc.

The hotel itself is beautiful with stunning views of the beach. Clean and rooms are a standard size, the food however was not very good in the Buffett, same options day in day out and felt there wasn’t much thought behind the menu. Meats were either not seasoned or covered in garlic herbs for some reason. The pillows are not comfortable however air con worked perfect and the facilities of the room were good. We had to ask for fresh towels from one of the house keepers the day before we where due to leave, when asked she then handed us one of my baby blankets and muttered something in Spanish, I’m not sure why she had taken it from our room but it wasn’t a nice experience and left us feeling a little uneasy as a couple other items where unaccounted for when we packed away. Beach is a short walk and family pool is down the beach, you have to come out of the hotel to get to it and it opens at 10am the bar at the pool doesn’t open till 11am which didn’t make sense to us. You have to pay if you want premium drinks which didn’t feel right when we had paid for all inclusive. We had to wait to check in when others where offered a room before 3pm despite me having a 10 month old baby and elderly mother however once checked in we where over all happy with the room. Not many of the staff speak good English which was hard when trying to get assistance, waiters did well and worked hard. I would stay here again due to the beautiful location and the fact that the hotel is lovely but just lacks a bit when it comes to all inclusive and could improve. Overall recommended however bear in mind you have to walk to get to the family pool which isn’t as easy when you have mobility issues with the ramp being quite steep to get down to the gate.

Beautiful hotel with stunning sew views. Hotel is immaculate. Always very clean. Rooms are fine for two people but the ‘family room’ for three people is the same size as the double occupancy rooms so they were a tight squeeze. Apparently some family rooms are slighter bigger but they had none available. So be careful when booking a family room and ensure it’s one of the bigger rooms. We went all inclusive. Food was fine, some days were much better than others. The all inclusive beer isn’t v nice & the cocktails weren’t great either. Rooftop bar is fab, with amazing sea views. Has a v chilled out vibe. Kids loved the evening entertainment. The family pool area has a bar which apparently offers snacks but most days they just had crisps and nuts. On the last two days they had burgers and hot dogs around 5pm (or maybe we just missed this on the other days). Overall, beautiful hotel and lovely stay but some family members were squashed in their ‘family’ rooms. Given the price of the hotel, it’s v cheeky that they claim these are family rooms.
