“A Gem of a Place”
Wow. What an absolute gem of a hotel. This was our first trip to Valencia. The hotel was amazing and for the whole of October all done up for Halloween. “Great hotel”
The hotel was very clean. The staff were very accommodating especially Juan and Gloria. Both of them went out of their way to make my disabled sister and family feel really welcome and met our needs. The only improvement would be to have more activities for teens.

Great hotel with amazing staff. Super comfortable beds. Close to the beach. Huge buffet with lots of options. Very family friendly our kid had the best time.
