As non-Spanish speaking guests, we still loved this place! We had the 2 bed apartment with loads of space and cooking facilities, two huge bathrooms with showers in both. The hotel itself had a huge incremental swimming pool was so safe for my 2yr old and 5yr old, plus the baby pool. We used the kids club and Barry disco almost every day, the kids loved it there and even though my son was too small to stay the staff were happy to let us play football with him there and join in on the games! Rafa, Ger and Maria were all fantastic. We were breakfast only guests & it was a short 10-15min distance to walk to the town for dinner. The beach is also on your doorstep, and a supermarket 1min away, what was not to love. One thing to improve is an area for recycling plastic toys. I have seen this in other hotels, rather than bin them if left in the room, create a small reuse area with buckets and footballs that the next family can enjoy. Also less plastic in the fridge, as the hotel already has a water refill area which is amazing but probably under utilized by room guests as it is out in the bar area.. maybe another one needed in reception as an alternative to buying single use plastic. This would improve the positive culture of sustainability mentioned in leaflets left in the room. Overall excellent value for money.

Great family orientated hotel with super comfortable beds and great food and entertainment. Good location, easy parking. Friendly staff.

Instead of complaining about the lack of body lotion, the lack of daily delivery of drinking water to the room, slightly worn tiles in the bathroom, one sleepless night due to a concert in the city amphitheater and zero information from the reception on the day of arrival - a positive look. Wonderful, Andalusian atmosphere, a hotel full of Spanish multi-generational families with grandparents (touching), excellent service in the restaurant, interesting and tasty food - a lot of seafood. Very close to the wonderful ocean, wonderful spaces and colors of the sunsets. Evening noises from the pool side full of charm, a great flamenco show. If you want to immerse yourself in the Spanish language and culture / you will not count whether it is three or four stars. There were no cockroaches - and this is the most important advantage for me!!!
