Wonderful hotel with the most incredible food if you like seafood, and plenty of other options if you don't. Loved being able to walk down to the beach. Booked two of the day trips around Andalucia. Was a great opportunity for us to try Spanish regional food in the Andalusian restaurant too. Amazing location as it is much cooler than spots on the Med. My only issue was that we were told there was a Kids Club by the TUI travel agent and the website states they have one. However, unlike other hotels the Kids Club requires parents to be present for all the activities. There were a range of really cool things for kids, including an art studio and a bubble party. They also loved the slides and kids pool and the brilliant jungle gym, BUT when you book a hotel with a Kids Club you do so on the basis that you can drop the kids off for a couple of hours to do a supervised activity. We had a fantastic time here but the I would not have booked this resort if I had known I couldn't drop my kids off for 2 hours a few times so I could play golf with my husband or just swim laps or lie by the pool. I spent around 4 hours a day sitting on a plastic lounger watching the kids play on the slides in the pool - great for them, but not relaxing for me.

We stayed at this hotel on account of a wedding we were attending close by. It was just myself and my Husband and whilst the hotel is geared towards families, it was still a pleasant experience as a couple. We were there a week and from check in, reception staff were lovely. Once we had our room, we made full use of the all inclusive facilities and spent our time in the liquid pool bar which was especially lovely. As for restaurants, there are lots of options and whilst busy at times, I never felt like it was too busy. Everything was super tasty, so much choice and staff were always so lovely and helpful. The thing I find quite baffling from other peopleās reviews (English people), is the mention of there primarily being Spanish holidaymakers as though that is a negative. YOU ARE IN SPAIN. Iām sorry but to mark a hotel down based on the people who go there, the same people who are actually from that country, is just plain ignorance. If you want a holiday in the sun, full of brits, go to Benidorm. All of the staff at the hotel spoke some English and were able to help but for me, it was welcomed as it meant I could practice my Spanish! AndalucĆa is a beautiful part of Spain and where this hotel is situated (Chiclana de la Frontera), you will not be disappointed once you see the gorgeous beach. We went into Jerez for the day and caught the bus outside the hotel, very cheap and easy. Definitely worth a visit as itās a beautiful place. Equally if you just want to stay at the hotel the entire time, you can and youāll have a very relaxing time. Iād definitely come back here. Thank you for a lovely week in the sunshine!

This hotel was amazing. The reception staff made the check-in process smooth and efficient, and they even brought our luggage to our room. Initially, our room wasn't ready, but by the time we ordered a drink, it was available, and we received an email notifying us. The room was a great size, clean, and comfortable. I moved the glass table, as I kept hitting my leg on it, but that was not a problem. The walk-in shower was fantastic, and the water pressure and temperature were perfect. The cleaning staff work really efficiently. j Just on our 2nd to last day, we only had our beds made, but my pj's went missing, and no one could find them. Which upset me as they were a gift. Also, no laundry was done this day as we were leaving the next day. The staff just said were they white, which they were, and said ahh thats why. But still, my pj's had pink on them too, They said they rang housekeeping, but they were never found. Taking cheap black pj's next time. There were plenty of sun loungers to choose from and quiet areas if you preferred. All the pools feature a self-service drink area with tea and coffee, cold fizzy drinks, and beer. There is also another bar that serves alcohol, along with a swim-up bar. Towels are available daily, and you can change them as many times as you like, so thereās no need to pack your own. The restaurant was busy unless you arrived very early, right when it opened. As someone who is gluten and dairy-free, I found the gluten-free options to be quite good. I had the choice of gluten-free pasta, but to be honest, I enjoyed the meat and the amazing salad bar even more. My only disappointment was the lack of dessert options; there were only fruits available during my two-week stay. Next time, Iāll bring my own snacks. I had to watch my husband enjoy his dessert, and a nice sorbet would have been perfect, but they had no supplies (I did speak with the staff about this). My husband did walk to a local supermarket about 25 minutes away and found some Alpro yoghurt for me, which I appreciated. It would have been nice to have had some sort of option for dietary needs. Regardless, we will be back because we absolutely loved it. The beach (I felt like Rocky at the end of the holiday running up those 80 stairs, not for the weak!) and sea were amazing, and the people were very friendly. There were plenty of activities available. Thank you.

We had a wonderful stay and would certainly come back. We had our 3 year old, 8 month old and mother and father in law with us (6 of us). We came on a TUI deal, and whilst the outbound flight times are a bit brutal you soon forget it once you arrive. The staff were very friendly and the animation team work tirelessly. Our 3 year old had plenty to do with the soft play and kids areas and adored the mini disco. The things I would mention as areas for the hotel to review are: the red and white wine - it's virtually undrinkable which is a shame as decent spanish wine isn't expensive. The life guards were a bit sporadic and a little officious in the kids area when present. The Spanish restaurant was a bit disappointing and the food options could be improved a bit in that place.p There were no dairy free dessert options at all and having an ice cream option during the day would be a nice touch. On the positive sides: The food at the main buffet was lovely in general and always a wide variety of options. We never struggled to get a table. The Italian restaurant was lovely too. They were always very accommodating of our double buggy and my father in laws walking frame. The rooms we had were spacious and always beautifully clean. Yes you can hear the entertainment but it didn't go on super late so didn't bother us. The beach so close by is wonderful and we often took a beer down at sunset. Overall for the price you're paying it is decent value. Our 3 year old had the BEST time and even though it rained a fair bit there was plenty to keep us all entertained. Thank you.
