We had a frontal seaview flat on first floor, spectacular views of coast line and Africa. Flat is spacious and clean, basic kitchen utensils but useful, no kettle though. We had a frontal seaview flat on first floor, spectacular views of coast line and Africa. Flat is spacious and clean, basic kitchen utensils but useful, no kettle though. The receptionist was very helpful and friendly, we were made very welcome. Will book again! the location is excellent walking distance to shops, town, harbour, El Tacho etc.. There is a very useful tourism information desk at 300m from the flat which gave us plenty of info how to get to everything interesting in and around Barbate.

“Awesome”
Nice apartman - clean, spacious,air-conditioned and modern, + very nice place on the roof! The swimming pool is not "infinite" but fulfills its purpose. Its located next to a beautifull beach nad you have a nice view on the roof! 5/5

“Great Place”
We stayed here for the second year running what a great place. First year they had not completed the swimming pool area on the roof this year they had it is superb. We stayed here for the second year running what a great place. First year they had not completed the swimming pool area on the roof this year they had it is superb. You have great views over the town and out across the sea to Africa. You can then look inland for miles seeing lovely scenery. This year the restaurant was completed as it was in its final stages last year. You can eat for a range of prices. We had snacks and drinks for the 4 of us for around €40 and we had a very nice 2/3 course meal and drinks for 4 for €84. Very good value especially with the quality of the restaurant. Being an apartment hotel you can either eat in or out. The facilities and equipment in the kitchen only lack a spatula as I like my eggs fried. But you nip up the road to the 'Chin' a shop all know and they cost €1. The towels are changed frequently and you can use the laundry in the garage free of charge. This has washing and drying machines. In the apartment you will also have an iron and hair dryer. It was a pleasure to stay there and Tony the manager was great anything you wanted to know or need he would sort it. He upgraded us to the penthouse apartments and they were lovely, huge balconies looking out to sea, with the afternoon sun on them until sundown. Not sure someone has said the restaurants on the front were closed as they do some sort of rota some open during the day then some at night. I think it is to even the opportunity for takings, bearing in mind Barbate has very few foreign tourists. We only met one Dutch couple and heard one English couple in 3 weeks. We will be back again without doubt Thanks again Tony.

We had a room on the first floor, facing onto the side street with an oblique view of the beach. Actually, these little apartments are very nice for the price: bed is comfortable, bathroom was clean, kitchen had everything we needed, balcony was big enough for table and chairs. Was disappointed not to be facing the beach which was I thought we'd booked but hey ho. Roof top pool is tiny and cold with very little space to sit around it although there are plenty of sunloungers on the other part of the roof terrace but to be honest, the beach is so beautiful here I don't know why you'd bother with the pool. We were there very late in the season so noise wasn't a problem until bin day. Turns out aforemetioned side street is where they wash/store all the wheelie bins in Barbate and they tend to do this very early in the morning. With lots of shouting. Just saying. The location is fantastic though: on the beachfront near all the bars and restaurants. Will be going back to Barbate but might aim a bit higher in terms of luxury next time
